I have one more Fotona 4D laser treatment to go. All 3 therapists who have done the treatment, Danielle, Grace & Cloe were professional & empathic, they made me feel comfortable & at ease. The treatment has definitely improved the appearance if my skin & I will definitely be back for maintenance sessions.

I had a dysplastic naevus mole removed. The surgery itself was straight forward, and the after care was excellent. I also had a full body mole check and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Everyone that I met at the clinic was very professional and caring.

I love Epsom Skin Clinic. The customer service is wonderful and so is the staff. Very friendly and very professional, so five stars for all of the above.
My only “complaint” is the ambience in the waiting room. I think it could be a bit warmer and welcoming. Also, a calm relaxing (i.e. Spa music) music would be nice, instead of the radio playing and playing way too loud. It is why I come as close as possible to my time so I don’t have to sit in the waiting room.

Quick, easy, effective and fairly priced removal of a long standing wart. Hardly felt a thing.

Had milia removal here this week, I was made to feel totally comfortable and the therapist really listened to me. Would 100% recommend.

I have been a client for many years and cannot speak highly enough of the clinic. Today I called to try and arrange a Botox top up and spoke to Holly. What a helpful and courteous lady. She did her best to ensure that I was able to fit this appointment around an existing hydra facial appointment. She is a real asset to the clinic and as a first point of contact, puts across the right image of professionalism and willingness to really try her best to help you. And all with a lovely smiley voice too. It was a pleasure talking to Holly, I think quite a few people could learn from her shining example 😊

Spent just under £4k having a mini face lift performed by Mr Wilson at Epsom Skin clinic. Absolute waste of money not to mention the horrendous pain I was in for 2 weeks. Procedure has made no change to my appearance
Supposed to last 5 years. In my opinion hasn't even lasted 5 weeks. Aftercare shocking, no resolution to the way I am feeling. I would not recommend Mr Wilson for a mini face lift or any Procedure.

Spent over £400 on creams, a skin peel and 4x Dermalux LED Therapy for my sons acne and it has made NO difference at all..Chloe who we had our consultation with was very pushy and rude when I refused to buy more products...Since he has finished his treatments no one has called to see if we are happy or if everything's ok..? Really felt like they know a parent will try anything to help their child who suffer from acne and prey on that....after 1 peel and 4 light treatments plus all the creams we saw no difference at all so thank god didn't buy more (£480 more) as was recommended by Chloe! ..after that amount of money we should of seen some improvement...save your money and go elsewhere....!!!

Laser hair removal here gave me burns and blisters and caused permanent scarring to my skin. Made complaint to manager but they refused to even reply to my complaint.

They lure customers in with cheap prices and they told me I would only need about 3 or 4 sessions in the beginning. Because their laser is so weak it had no effect and they kept saying I needed more sessions - ended up having 13 sessions over more than a year, and still no effect.

I first had laser hair removal at Boots years ago and only had 6 sessions over 6 months and it worked so well I didn't have any regrowth for years. Boots don't do their own laser hair removal now - they use a different company to do it (U R Beautiful). I had a patch test with their new company (U R Beautiful) but found it a bit painful so decided not to have any treatment with them.

I had other laser treatment at Skn, which worked well and I had no side effects. I wish I had had laser hair removal at Skn too as they are qualified Dr's and nurses who also work for the NHS. They do 6 laser hair removal sessions for 6 months too - just like I had at Boots.

Private beauty clinics are unregulated and any unqualified person can do the treatment and there is no regulatory body to complain to when things go wrong.

Epsom Skin Clinics say they are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, so I looked them up on there, and was shocked to find they had only been inspected once, years ago (in 2014), but even though they had failed their inspection, they were still allowed to operate and no action was taken against them, and no inspection has been done since

The aftercare service at this clinic is crap! Don’t spend thousands here like I did. I had cool sculpting done and the after result wasn’t good. I know everyone’s bodies are different but mine didn’t seem take to the cool sculpting and I’m not fat at all. I eat welll and gym three times a week. The after pictures taken by Daniel could not be compared against the before as the quality of them in terms of position was off. So when she sent the email to me to compared I couldn’t compare them at all. I already knew after 8 weeks there was little to no results on the tummy and flanks. To see it visibility would have been nice if the pictures were better taken. I was advised that I may have to come back for more pictures but that has gone dead. No one has contacted me for over two months. So there you have it. Thousands taken, after pictures taken and no further follow ups. AVOID and go central London where the care is unbelievable amazing!! I would not recommend this clinic at all!
