The image of the shoes are not representative of the actual shoes delivered. I ordered what appeared to be gloss / shiny shoes and I received shoes with a matt finish. I returned them stating that the product supplied was not representative of the image shown, no response and charged 20% "restocking fee"

Excellent customer service
We have been buying uniforms from EPT for many years because of their excellent customer service with a 'personal touch'. From the initial enquiries through to the delivery of the order is an extremely efficient and quick process. Any queries are dealt with promptly either via phone or email. We couldn't ask for any more!!

Great Service
Dean and his team, provide great service supplying uniform to meet our needs with our desired logo embroidered on each item. They were helpful and friendly. Quotes and invoices were clear and precise.
I will definitely be using EPT again.
