Ordered a pair of boots on their website. Their website advertises 2-5 working day delivery. I was surprised when my boots arrive the next day! I cannot fault the service nor can I recommend more! Thank you so much!

I would strongly advise against ordering from this shop. I placed an order which was showing as in stock online and it wasn't shipped after 2 weeks. It turns out that they list things as in stock which they actually don't have and have no idea if they are going to get any, which is just so misleading to buyers. After trying to get through to them for a few days (their phone lines were broken) they explained that they'd just had a delivery and the item was not in that delivery either. Very misleading way to run an online store. Especially when what I had ordered was for my little girl and I needed it in time for Christmas...who knows it would ever have turned up. Learnt my lesson, always check trust pilot first!

Non existent communication over item being out of stock. Finally tried to deliver 1 month later, used DPD who are useless and wouldn’t leave without signature even though clear instructions saying one wasn’t needed.
Two weeks later, still waiting for a refund after having to return the product.
My order was cancelled and refunded and now the item has been put up by £15.
Sneaky tactics, don't buy from here!
The staff are mostly helpful and friendly but I just can’t justify the rising costs here any more. I was going to get 2 things yesterday. One was £16.49 on Amazon but £32.99 here. The other was £23.59 on Amazon but £45.99 in store.
They have a £10 mark up on the balancer I use so I don’t buy it here. They don’t stock one of the Dengie feeds I use and there is only ever a 50:50 chance they’ll have the one they do stock. It’s quite often out of stock and twice recently I’ve been told I’ve got the last one. Oh, and there’s about a £5 mark up on that too.
It’s cheaper to drive further because even the fuel cost isn’t as much as the price difference.
Bedding is almost nearly £5 more than elsewhere too.
Shame because it is in a great location, but I can’t afford to shop here any more.
Order placed and no confirmation email, emails sent no response, called option 2 website no response. Call option 1 for shop and they don’t want to assist.
Finally get a response, sorry your email was in the junk folder.

Whilst they accepted my order and took my money I did not receive the goods. No email contact or response to chasers, no answer on listed phone number. Luckily ordered via PayPal. I sought a refund through them and received it around 5 weeks after order. Should have checked reviews before ordering. This is common. Avoid!
Hi, this company provide poor products that leave you out of pocket for firstly, purchase delivery costs, then on reciept of shoddy products, you pay for cost of return. Will never use again and advise you to order from somewhere else.
Seems they have taken payment of an item or multiple items they don't have in stock. Cannot get through via phone and my last email hasn't been replied to. Am I going to recieve my order?
Was worried when we saw the poor reviews on here after we ordered some riding boots. However, today, just 3 days after we ordered, they arrived and were perfect fit and exactly what we had hoped for. We had been searching for several months and so thankful they fit perfectly and exactly as advertised.
AVOID! I read the poor reviews but thought I would give them a try as there were some good ones. I shouldn’t have bothered! Item hasn’t arrived. Tracking link is not a link just a number that is incorrect on the Parcelforce website in any event! Hugely unhelpful staff. Will now go through my credit card to get the money back.
Initial service was good, however I had to return the boots as they did not fit. I sent them back swiftly, said they would sort refund that week. Refund has now only came back after a month.
Really poor service, will not be using again.
Awful experience. Seems their website is not linked to any live stock control system so allows you to order items they don't have in stock. It wouldn't be so bad if they called immediately to apologise and let you know, allowing you to make other purchase arrangements. Unfortunately, they don't. I had to call them for an update, only to be told this. Won't order from them again.
I was on the way to order a salt & mineral stone for my pets on Ebay. Browser Edge teased me with an apparently lower price on Equineessentialsdirect. Indeed, it looked like a bargain for half of the price. So I put 2 on the cart. Before I searched for delivery fees and couldn't find anything. Checkout - and: £4.95 delivery fees. So, Ebay was in fact a lot cheaper.
Update: Thank you for your reply. You have reimbursed me now and thank you for that. For the record (1) you did not tell me you were sending a free returns label nor have I ever received one. Obviously I would have used it (had it come) and chased it (had I known about it). (2) I emailed you on 15/7, using the correct address. (3) I then messaged you through your site on 21/7. The message is still in the thread, if you care to look. It was only when I received no response to either that I turned to social media on 28/7. It is not my wish to cause harm in the world and thank you for resolving the matter. I have amended the review to 2 stars - it would be more but tbh your response somewhat disingenuous and implying the problem is me - it wasn't! Happy to accept it was human error from EE.
Original review: Placed an order for 2 bags of chicken food, they sent baby chick crumbs by mistake. They agreed to pay return postage. I returned the bags by the cheapest means offered (£10.45). They refunded the product price & initial delivery charge but not the return postage. Since then they have ignored my messages. So I am out of pocket for their mistake by more than the original product cost!

They took payment for an item that they didn’t have in stock. No contact until I contacted them a week later. Fast refund but I did open a PayPal dispute.
Trying to return an item as per their returns policy. They don't respond to emails, don't pick up the phone and has rejected the parcel from Parcelforce without even checking the details of the package. Very poor customer service.
