I ordered some items to try out and they arrived within a few days despite the owner going into labour! The box arrived with some extras in and omg this stuff smells insane! Placing another order straight away to stock up and try all the products! My new favourites are the pearl whip and pearl toner!

I purchased some of this lady’s products at the National Equine Show and really like the quality. Unfortunately, my online experience didn’t match up. I ordered shampoo bars on 27th June - the banner on the website claims ‘free next day delivery’, but I’m still waiting. I sent two separate emails and left a voicemail before resorting to social media, which produced Ann immediate response claiming to have dispatched my order on 28th June via Royal Mail. Sally has been thoroughly difficult to deal with making bizarre claims, but finally told me that she’d actioned a refund: I’m still waiting for that, too.
