Been waiting for 6 months for our bottles, no one ever answers their number when called, considerable delays to returning calls (if they ever bother to call back at all). Completely unprofessional and discourteous experience and they’ve had our money since the beginning of the year. Concerned they may be suffering significant financial difficulty and may be operating insolvent. I would steer clear of these as they haven’t proven to be anything other than sharks.

Disgraceful experience with utter contempt shown to their customers.

I placed an order for a spirit bottle with this erben bruni weeks ago, had been chasing up on delivery and was told that had after paying. Bearing in mind that I had been conversing with them for months. Was first lied to that delivery would take 5 day, then was told 14 days and then after paying was told it was sold out and I should wait till September for new stocks. For the last week, I’ve been chasing them for refund and I’m still waiting.
They told me they had sold out knowing I was due to launch my business in less than 3 weeks, so I’ve had to cancel everything, labelling, product shoots, or promos while I find another supplier. They had no consideration that I am a new small business, even the email saying they had sold out was so insensitive.

Please please whatever you do avoid Erben Bruni packaging company!!
