Purchased several hundred dollars worth of slings from Eresus Spider Shop while they were doing their 75% off sale. Well they never shipped. I politely emailed them several times asking for an ETA......and no response back. After waiting for over three weeks I requested my money back via Paypal. They did quickly refund my money, but come one really what kind of business model is this? Doing some research I see this seems to be their SOP. Avoid these guys, or at minimum pay with a third party app (Paypal )to avoid losing your money.

They recently changed owners and have changed their entire pricing structure.

Now they are listing spiders at insanely high prices, the prices they list are not even remotely reasonable asking over $1000 to $5000 for a spider and then offering a promo code of 80% off to bring the prices back to reality.

The problem is they are doing this so they don’t have to honor people’s rewards credit.

Their business has no morals or ethics, this is incredibly shady.

I have hundreds of dollars worth of credit I can’t use because they are setting their prices to unreasonable rates and offering discount codes that I am not allowed to use with my credit on every spider they carry.
