Ordered some shoes as a gift, had to pay for shipping just for it not to arrive on the date it should have. They were not as advertised, they were of poor quality, but much to the point, they do not want to give a full refund. What astounds me is that they have set themselves up to look like an American based company, so it looks all legit. But they are actually crooks. Be very aware and give them a wide berth.

In April, I ordered a jumpsuit & a pair of sunglasses from Ericdress. It is now June & I haven't received anything. After several emails, I finally received a refund for the jumpsuit. The sunglasses were supposedly shipped in April therefore I can't receive a refund. In an email I was told that because the sunglasses are coming from overseas it takes longer. IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS! I ordered from a similar company on the same day in April and have received the merchandise. This is my first and last time ordering from this company. Also, the tracking number for the sunglasses cannot be found.

The is company uses cheap material. I purchased a beaded red wedding dress and when I receive the dress beads were hanging by treads. I informed them the same day and they offered me 20.00. I ask them what seamstress am i going to pay 20.00 to fix my dress. The dress smelled of a strong fragrance. This dress is only good for a costume party definitely not worth the money. The company don’t give refunds they will try to convince you to send the product back for half the amount in store credit.I’m try to figure out how to post pictures on this review.

I rarely give reviews but I had to for this one, everything was right with this dress amazing fit felt like a Queen, I would recommend everyone who is thinking about buying this dress please don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed absolutely amazing elegant dress... 10 stars ⭐️ for me, I also love my beautiful free gift....

Website needs updated. Doesnt load and really wanted to purchase items off their site.

This website is a scam... the dresses does not look anything like the photo. and when you try to get the actual dress the websites comes back with the item is out of stock! SCAM!

I love this dress it was a perfect fit. I am 5ft 168 lbs got a medium. It was a long wait time almost 30 days for shipping. It came from China so that's understandable. I did a standard shipping too. I am sure if we pay extra to expedite it. All was well with my shipping. I will repost my review and photo when I wear it 54 years young in June rocking it for my birthday. Material soft had a small stinch smell but dissappear after I took it out the 🎒 Happy customer for sure

This company is a big scam I ordered jamsuit for my birthday last year July, I never received the jamsuit till today I tried to contact them the number is not working, I emailed them they said it was delivered and later they said it was on the way till today is still coming😡😡 I will advise don’t oder anything from here it’s all fake this company need to be sued for taking people’s money infect it need to be closed down is a bad company

This company is a scam, I waited for my order for weeks only to receive an email stating that it was delivered even though I did not receive anything in the mail. I tried emailing them no response. Pls don’t order from them. They don’t deserve any star rating

This company is a joke. The shoes ordered arrived after one month. They are nothing like the pictures and are cheaply produced. I have tried to action a return but to no avail. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The positive reviews on this site are so obviously posted by the company themselves - cowboys or the Chinese equivalent.

I believe this company is fraudulent. There is no working phone number or valid email to contact them. The only way is through the app message portal. Not only have I not received this package but it’s been almost a month since I ordered. My shower is may 15th and I ordered april 14th. I contacted them through the message center and the tracking number they provided does not exist. I ordered with PayPal due to suspension on trying a new company so I have an open case to get my money back! They keep sending me the same automated message telling me it takes 10-15 days it’s been well over that time I will never order from them again! Thank God for Amazon Prime as I have had to order from there to get a dress on time. Screw this company! Epic dress is fraudulent!!!

The worst close i ever seen in my life,i but à blazer,i paid for express shipping,the blazer arrive after 21days and Guess what they send me a pièce of trash.

Thus is a scam the good reviews yall see is people they know writing fake reviews I order over $245.89worth of stuff and i still have not received my stuff I'm so mad this is a scam do not buy from this site its a scam still trying to get my $245.89 back

I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. I have spent over $300 with them recently. It's been over a month and a half I paid for the 15-day shipping extra $30. They have only sent me a couple items which were cheaply made and nothing like the pictures. Save your money do not buy from this place the customer service is a robot and repeats the same thing over and over and tells you to be patient. I think almost 2 months is patient enough and I still have not received my items they're still in processing. I went through PayPal and they seem to be no help either of getting my items or my money back. Please believe me do not buy from this company.

This company has items for sale at their webstore that they do not have in stock. This could be either they never existed in their stock, or they oversell. I suspected as much, which is why I only ordered one inexpensive item as a test to determine the authenticity of the website. Not a big loss, but a win for knowing not to order from them in the future.

Please, do not buy anything from eric dress, this company is an asian scam. The products are very poor quality. I bought a green shirt, I have been looking for a nice one....God!!! Very small and the poorest quality ever. I don't have time to discuss and return the product...nobody would have bought their clothes in a physical store. Be mindful!!! Please don't...I am telling you...don't buy. They look nice in pictures, but I would not have spent a dime on them. I think the 5 stars are people that they paid; it reminds a nissan that I went in Brooklyn they asked me to put great to comment to receive a free wash ticket.

The company was helpful and answered all my e-mails about doubts. The product arrived perfect and on time.
