Bathroom and toilet renovation:
+ cheaper than other offers that I got (~20%)
+ started on agreed date
+ speaking english

- I don't want to think how my bathroom would look like if I wasn't home (probably sth close to Frankenstein) Had to tell them a lot where to install things.
- taps installed so close to the wall that hoses could not be screwed on (corrected on another day)
- big leak downstairs - forgot to seal the drain (corrected on another day)
- would have ordered wrong push buttons. I had to convince them that they are wrong - took a while!
- left real mess behind every day
- steep prices of armatur (order most online myself)
