Item has never been received, it was a garden parasol. I have emailed the company four times on two different emails and no response to any of them! Reporting now as fraud/scam.

Shocking service. We ordered a Cantilever parasol and base from this company weeks ago and still not received items. Have only had one communication from them recently asking us how our experience was! I have emailed their support team twice and one of their people twice but not had any response at all.

Order outside umbrella June 5 2026 email stated expected delivery June 16th never received. Sent few e mails with no response. I called 1-364-217-4548 several times no response. I have reported to my bank.

Never received merchandise
I placed an order with them on May 26, 2026 for an outside umbrella and still haven’t received my order. I’ve sent several emails but no response. It’s marked as delivered on June 25th but never received it. I can’t find out who delivered it.
