AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Bought a satnav stereo unit for a Vauxhall Corsa. Unit died after a few weeks. Company wouldn’t respond to my many messages asking for help. Eventually, I contacted Trading Standards who informed me the company was well known to them but are outside their jurisdiction as there are based in China.

I hadn’t realised this, as they had a .co.uk website, along with a UK warehouse.

Initially, I got a refund from my credit card company. At this point Erisin started replying to my emails. After some tough negotiating, they sent me a prepaid returns label and I returned the item.

Fast forward six weeks and I’ve discovered this week they disputed the refund with my credit card company, so my credit card company gave them the money back and closed the case! ERISIN claimed I never returned the item. My credit card company didn’t give me a chance to send them the FedEx info to prove otherwise.

I am now pursuing a claim through section 75 of the consumer credit act.

It would seem this company will freely communicate with you, up until the point the item fails, then you’re on your own! I believe they only started entering into dialogue when the credit card company got involved!

This company are a JOKE!

UPDATE :: COMPANY ASKED ME TO SEND ITEM BACK AND NOW THEY HAVE. MY MONEY AND STEREO AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO MESSAGES AT ALL!!!. HIGHLY CORRUPT COMPANY.

I WILL PURSUE THIS WITH MY LAWYERS.

THEY LITERALLY TOP COMMUNICATING AS SOON AS YOU SEND ITEM BACK, NO INTENTION TO REPAIR/REPLACE.

This company are a JOKE!! Seriously dodgy I had a faulty item they asked me to open the rear to check cables and even sent a file on how to do and what cables to check the item (STEREO( failed with a few months . Then I sent to a private electrical expert charged me £90 plys special delivery £27 to check , he concluded faulty screen and cable. FIXED THE CABLE anyway. SO I tell ERISIN UK they say dont worry send back we refund you ONLY for me to spend anothe £27 special delivery to send back SO FAR ITS COST ME £460 and the stereo was £316!! They reply to e and say as you used it for a few montsh we only refund £130!! , Firstly this goes against any UK long distance sellig rules THE ITEM FAILED Quickly but they are so slow at delivery and slow at replies and asked me to check cables etc for them and test thing that took a couple of months away. THIS IS WITHIN a year and a expesive stereo that tehy now have is useless to me. THE £130 offer does not cover even the professional company that checked it over (LUMACO LTD) or my tracked parcel delivery costs!! THIS IS APPALLING AND I WILL FIGHT THID IN COURT IF IT TAKES ME . BE WARNED ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS PROBLEMS PLEASE CONTACT ME, MY NAME IS ABOVE SEARCH me this company needs to understand how to treat its loyal customers!!!!!! I HAVE INFORMED THE PAYPAL, WATCHDOG, OMBUDSMAN AND OTHERS I CAN

Don't listen to other negative reviews.

Great stereo for my 2000 Toyota Avensis T22, doesn't fit exactly in the hole as obviously it is a non din sized aperture, however all function work as were stated in the description so far and I have had zero problems. Great customer sevice by Erisin and very quick delivery.

Realy bad seller!!!
тhey lied to me.
Тhe cables not compatible for my car.
Delivery 17 days.
I sent them pictures of my genuine sat nav and the jacks from behind and of all the cables. Nina from costumer service check everything 2-3 time and told me to pay 30 extra for special cables. All connectors are not for my car.Only power cable is compatible.Camera cable is missing and steering control is impossible.ADVERT IS BIG LIE !!!Have been trying to return the device to them for a week but they do not send me a return address. They don't give me my money back either.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER
THEY DON'T CARE OF YOU AS COSTUMR.
THEY ARE OK TILL GET YOUR MONEY.....
