Shocking company avoid
This company is the worst I have ever dealt with.
I took my engagement ring in for resizing and they lost a diamond from it!! it wasn't until I questioned them after they had got me to pay for the resizing that I realised so I had to wait another couple of weeks for it to be returned and also wait for my refund for the resizing too.
not the stress I needed a couple of weeks before my wedding.

Amazing staff
Came in looking for an eternity ring and was helped by a lovely lady called Jane. She sat me down and asked me some questions on what I like. I tried on a few which just were not quite right. Next she came back with the most beautiful ring I have ever seen and I knew it was the one even before I tried it on. She completely listened to what I liked. Absolutely fantastic service and I will definitely be back there. Thank you Jane for all your help in getting me the perfect ring

I have always been impressed with Ernest Jones within the Queensgate Centre (Upper Floor), Peterborough. The staff are very knowledgeable on the items that are for sale, and are happy to take time to answer any questions that you wish to ask. The purchase process was straight forward from start to completion. I was very impressed by the young gentleman who served me. He was a credit to Ernest Jones.

Great experience
Had a very good experience with a certain member of staff (David) he was very helpful. I had 1 email to say my necklace was ready but not one for my bracelet. David went out of his way to check if the other part of my order had arrived. It had. I then had a watch that required links removing (not an easy job) very professional and helpful. Thank. You
