I ordered in the past (about 5 years ago) and it was always ok. Last month, I ordered new stuff and there was one wrong item delivered and some items missing (which should be sent in another delivery).
Contacting them several times via email and form and they don't respond at all.
Gonna follow up with legal action.

Eerlijk gezegd schrijf ik zelden of nooit een review, maar deze keer doe ik dat graag wél. Na het lezen van verschillende slechte reviews, kan ik deze in alle eer en geweten alleen maar tegenspreken. H & A zijn ontzettend lieve, attente mensen die er alles aan doen om je zo goed en zo duidelijk mogelijk te helpen, op een erg persoonlijke manier, dus ik kan werkelijk NIET begrijpen hoe sommige klanten hun service bot of teleurstellend vinden. Ik ben ook niet bepaald een goede of trouwe klant, dit was nog maar mijn tweede bestelling, en toch hebben ze alle moeite gedaan om me te helpen, en dat terwijl ik in het buitenland woon. Hun prijzen zijn méér dan correct, evenals hun verzendkosten, de communicatie verloopt snel, en ik vind het heerlijk om op deze manier een bestelling te plaatsen bij een bedrijf dat écht wel z'n allerbeste best doet. Ik heb er absoluut géén baat bij om dit te schrijven, maar laat je niet misleiden door de klagers en de zagers (want geef toe, het zijn zei die meestal zelf slecht communiceren maar wel graag in hun giftige pen kruipen). Kortom: top bedrijf, lieve, oprechte eigenaars en een persoonlijke en snelle service die je vandaag nog maar weinig vindt. Geloof me maar.

To be honest I rarely, if ever, write a review, but in this case I'm happy to do so. After reading several bad reviews, I sincerely can only contradict these. H & A are very sweet, attentive people who do everything they can to help you as well and as clearly as possible, in a very personal way, so I really CANNOT understand how some customers find their service blunt or disappointing. I'm not exactly a good or loyal customer, and this was only my second order, yet they made every effort to help me, even though I live abroad. Their prices are more than correct, as are their shipping costs, communication is fast, and I love placing an order in this way with a company that really does its very best. I have absolutely no benefit from writing this, but don't be fooled by the complainers out there (because let's be real, they are usually bad at communicating themselves yet love to crawl into their poisonous pen). In short: excellent company, sweet and sincere owners and a personal and fast service that unfortunately you can still barely find these days. TRUST(pilot) ME! :)

Total crooks. Send you counterfeit sunglasses instead of trainers. Am pursuing legal action against them

On the website they write you can pay with paypal - that's not true
really bad communication, so will recommend you to find another place to shop.
