6 Days ago you said Customer Service dept would be in touch???
You failed. You do not answer my emails??? Your company owes me £1050.00. 21st October ERS accepted liability for your insured negligence... 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for MY MONEY.
You have until 7th November 2025 to settle this matter. I will look for redress by seeking a County Court Judgement without further contact with you.

Reported incident but didn't want to make a claim. Agent fully understood and noted incident and sent email to confirm. Very efficient.
Call handler Roxanne was great, just unfortunate that she didn't have access information given the day before and I had to explain again
Helpful call handler and clear information confirmed to us.
I had the pleasure of speaking to Kayleigh this morning. I had to get different pieces of information and Kayleigh was not only polite but patient and made me feel at ease, made the process easy and comfortable. A pleasant and polite worker you have.
Thanks Kayleigh
Further to our recent RTC with a company vehicle, the Insurance consultant contacted us for an overview of the incident. He was very helpful and courteous during our conversation and keen to move matters forward.
I would recommend ERS as an insurance organisation.
