Place an order 9th October 2025, Cabinet said would be delivered 1-2 days.

Then to find out week or 2 later none in stock and would be delivered November time.

Spoke to ESafes November time to be told end of year.

Phoned again after new year to be told end of January.

Phoned end of January to be told end of feb.

Got phone call 4th March to be told, will
Be getting delivered Friday 6th March.

Taken a day of work to stay in to collect the delivery as I’ve got to check for the packaging to make sure it’s not damaged.

Phoned up Again My self to now be told Monday.

Now got to arrange family to be around to receive delivery.

No communication from ESafes.

ESafes want ME to phone up Monday (9th March 2026) to find out the time slot of delivery.

How this place has a rating it has cannot be true. The experience I’ve had ordering from these has got to be one of the worse.

I came across this website while searching for a safe and, from the very first interaction, I was thoroughly impressed. Unable to decide between two options, I called their customer support and was fortunate enough to speak with Stephen. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, guiding me toward the perfect choice without any hint of a hard sell.
I completed my purchase online that same morning and called Stephen to confirm the order. Not only did he reassure me that everything was in order, but he also went above and beyond by arranging next-day delivery — and true to his word, my safe arrived by early afternoon. An outstanding turnaround.
Even after the sale, the service remained exemplary. When I had a couple of questions during installation, I reached out to Stephen once more. Within minutes of our conversation, the manufacturer called me directly to help — a testament to just how efficiently and caringly this team operates.
I'll also mention that I later spotted the same safe for around £40 less on another website, but I honestly didn't feel the need to raise it. The level of service and aftercare I received from Stephen and the team was worth every penny, and then some. I'm genuinely glad my search led me to this company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The price was great and it was delivered quickly. Unfortunately there was a small issue with the safe that needed sorted, the response from the eSafe team has been awesome. I have ordered Boston Security 14 gun safe. It's a good value safe for the price. I had a small issue with chrome plating peeling off the handle, and contacted eSafes. They sorted the issue immediately, I received a replacement handle in a day. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I had a few questions before ordering (delivery logistics and installation considerations) and Stephen replied quickly and clearly. He raised the invoice promptly with simple payment instructions, confirmed when everything was processed, and then updated me once delivery was scheduled so I could plan around it. Communication was clear and the process was painless.
