Auto renewal automatically applied and too many emails!
After subscribing I didn’t like that it put it in auto renewal as a default and I had to figure out how to turn that off. Also, started receiving daily emails that were super annoying. The program itself is great but, the deceptive auto renewal and multiple emails after purchase were super annoying and would make me consider not renewing when it expires.

My review of ESET Anti Virus/Internet Security
I heard about ESET Internet Security from a friend a few years ago. As our old subscription wasabout to expire, I wanted to try a newer and one that made fewer demands on my computer.
After checking out 3 or 4 antivirus review sites, ESET came out on top. So I bought it a year ago and just renewed it for my second year.

Difficult to renewing
Downgraded to one computer as thing have changed and the renewal process was very difficult. I now get you have downgraded message every time I use my computer, does that make the explanation more clear. Sat on hold for an hour I do not have that kind of time to renew Virus protection , calle din like you asked and I have been transferred twice still no resolution I have a reply never again Thanks!

They did everything that needed to be done!
When I had trouble understanding how to install the system, I let the ESET technician take control of my mouse and he magically did everything that needed to be done, even installed my new VPN! Thank you so much for the awesome help! The security system is working fine and I love the VPN!

I am very disappointed
I was very disappointed with your company if your Help Line is indicative of your company policy and culture. I was considering upgrading and had a question. The Help Line staffer told me that that my current Nor32 antivirus would not work properly on my Windows 11 platform and that I had to cancel the antivirus and buy a more expensive package to get the antivirus coverage I wanted. I did not appreciate the attempt at a forced upgrade. I told right then that I wanted to cancel and he just hung up on me. If I could have cancelled everything, I would have, but I found out that you refuse to give refunds, even for unscrupulous selling practices.
