Went to a charity event at my local football ground. And have been charged for the privilege.
I have sent an appeal in and this has been rejected.
Absolutely disgusting from them and the football club. Will pay however neither will get any more money from me.

Diabolical modern day thieves!

I got a ticket for going into Greggs for my lunch, my mistake as they had put some shoddy photocopied signs up. I parked in what I thought was a lay-by outside as many do and one of their so called employee was sat in his van clicking away for his commission. I appealed it but of course was it was rejected but, in the email they say if I appeal the rejection I will have to pay the full amount not the discounted fine. This company are absolute vultures and use underhanded tactics to catch innocent people, if the company I work for hadn’t paid the fine before notifying me I would not have paid at all to this private company they need shutting down!!! In this current climate these horrible company’s get away with robbing people constantly.

No human compassion, money grabbers!

They will take any small opportunity to grab your hard earned money. I work in the same building as my family's doctors. Took the staff permit off when going to my childs appointment and parked in a non staff bay. Forgot to put back on (as any human would make the same mistake) and parked in the staff bay next day. Got fined twice for 2 seperate days, appealed explaining the situation but it got rejected. They could've at least waived one fine! The issue of using the car park as staff and also as non-staff has been raised but they have given no solution! Be careful when parking this big money grabbing business's car park!! Am very upset, angry and at a financial loss!

This is now the second parking fine I have received, the 1st I won and now waiting for a response on my latest. The latest one shows 2 images where one is not visible, the vehicles have reg plates in different positions. And the best part is one of the images is not my car. They have got the complete wrong car. It's funny how they are quick to try take your money but no compensation for the stress this has caused me and the time consuming on appealing

An inconsistent, targetted and BS approach!

I received a parking notice for "not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space" at Everlast Fitness Gym Club, in Blackburn by ES Parking Enforcement Ltd. My friend also received a parking notice, for the same reason, at the same venue (within the 24-hour period). We did NOT take up TWO spaces nor did we PREVENT anyone else from parking or people getting past our vehicles. Both Everlast staff and Sports Direct confirmed they had received no complaints from any of their customers that we were causing an obstruction. The car park is not used by jo-public/passers-by (only those that use Sports Direct, or Everlast Fitness use the car park). We informed staff of our charge notices and they were disgusted at ES Parking’s appalling behaviour, and I won’t repeat here what they referred to ES Parking as – I will leave that to your imagination!

Nonetheless, we both appealed separately.

Quite rightly, ES Parking waived my friend’s notice but not mine, which displayed nothing but an INCONSISTENT approach. I have had a quick glance at their reviews and couldn’t find a single balanced or positive review. In fact, I’ve learned that they randomly TARGET people and issue notices/invoke court proceedings against them. I’ve had the misfortune of becoming their target.

Nonetheless, the reviews are a true representation and an accurate testament of their conniving methods. If there was an option of anything less than one star, they would truly be more deserving of that as even ‘one star’ in my view, is an insult.

To conclude, ES Parking Enforcement Ltd, or rather ‘BS Parking Enforcement’ is a shining example of ‘day light robbery'. Hope Karma slaps back soon on these buffoons who are clearly targeting individuals for their greedy financial gain in this current cost of living crisis.

Dont park in Accrington Arndale.

My wife parked on Accrington Arndale car park back in August. The car park was empty and she was rushing. As she got out she saw two staff looking at the car and she was aware they may be looking to issue a ticket so she went to sort that immediately. A few weeks later I as registered owner received a parking fine with a photo showing she had slighlty parked on a yellow lined area. This impeded no one and the two attendents could have pointed out that she was at risk of a fine and suggested she move. But no they said nothing as they knew they could then issue a fine for E S Parking Services. I dont mind parking fines for blatant disregard but this was a minor infringement that the staff could have righted. However this is all about making money rather than making sure serious parking infringements are dealt with. Avoid parking at this site as there are many examples of fines for poor reasons and the signage is an utter joke. We wont be parking there again.

I have been harassed for nearly 12…

I have been harassed for nearly 12 months now for a fine. I have sent the company numerous letters and photo copies of my original ticket which clearly shows the date/time/ reg number. I was allowed to park until 18:15 - I left the car park mid afternoon!!! No one has replied or acknowledged them despite paying for recorded delivery. Today I’ve received a letter from the court!!!!!!!
I paid my fee and I’m still being harassed!! Shame on them!!!
No way am I paying this company 1p.
I’ve done nothing wrong!! Disgusting behaviour!!!!

FINAL DEMAND NOTICE 🤔

Received a "FINAL DEMAND NOTICE" last week and funny thing is I didn't receive first notice to make an appeal. I sent an email for inquiries so that I can make appeal with revelant information I have but they said to call on the number given to discuss so what's the point of email address given for inquiries. I made a call today and lady said that I can can take off £70 and u can pay £100 and I explained I'm not calling u to pay I want to appeal this notice but it don't allow me to make it and lady replied I can't help u on this and I said I can't either and then I thought I just wasted my 15 mints of my calling time.

Not going to be popular this one but…

Not going to be popular this one but after being sent a parking enforcement letter for the same place in Chorley I was absolutely livid over the circumstances in which it came about. However things did take a turn. My negative experience through the whole of my dealing with this matter were with all of my communication with the solicitors who act on behalf of ES parking. When I contacted ES parking directly they were nothing but helpful and professional. I would hazard a guess that the majority of reviews on here are in regards to the dealings people have had with the solicitors who are obstructive and unprofessional. They even went so far as to point blank refuse a very reasonable monthly payment plan which ES parking were happy to accept. It's never going to be a pleasant experience dealing with parking enforcement but I can 100% say with total honesty that ES Parking do their best to be fair and work with their customers. The nature of the work is never going to be pleasant but I really cannot fault them.

BEWARE PARKING FII

Just received our letter after an appeal £60!! We parked for Holmes mill in a disabled space due to my relative serving for his country and suffering PTSD and Ill health, we waited at least 10 minutes for a delivery van who was dropping off supplies for the shop at Holmes mill to enable us to get the space. We even paid the extra for the extra hour to make sure it covered us. When we received the first letter it told us that the recognition was as soon as you get through the gate!!! Well what about the delivery?? Appealed, REJECTED. This time if we didn't pay by 1st September £100. Have these private firms got no compassion. Will not park there again so Holmes mill have lost our custom to which they can thank their private land owners. Tracy. Chorley

Parked in a virtually empty Accrington…

Parked in a virtually empty Accrington Arndale car park at 5pm. Unfortunately, I had straddled 2 bays but thought nothing of it as I was the only car on the second floor. Of course, the Gestapo filmed it and sent me the usual letter. I note from previous comments that this car park has been mentioned several times and I cannot work out why the Arndales owners/trustees allow this cowboy outfit to operate. Arndale is on its knees and the attitude of ES parking is driving customers away. There is a joke going round about The arndale centre advent calendar - 24 windows all boarded up. These cowboys are the dregs of society and there is a nicer smell coming from an open sewer than from these scumbags. my appeal for common sense to prevail was of course, rejected (probably didn't even read it) and I have written to our MP in the hope that these knobheads are kicked into touch. Still debating whether to tell them to go to hell and not pay the fine.

To be honest i would give 0 stars if i could to custome service girls ,who i spoke today. The worst company ever.
It's called customer service for a reason, to help people, instead they rude and speak to you like you are piece of sheise.
How can this company still exist when everyone is giving 1 star?
Law is for some apparently, not everyone

Absolute joke

Absolute joke, parking meter wasn’t working…or wouldn’t accept my coins so couldn’t pay!!!
Appealed this, got rejected…..no shock there really!
Spoke with them about this and was basically told TUFF and only option was to pay or chance re appealing but fine would then increase.
Avoid ES car parks…..just a terrible company to deal with if anything goes wrong

Insulting Appeals Decision

I parked at Walker Street Car Park, Preston, where there are two options to pay: either the physical ticket machines OR by scanning the QR code displayed all around the site which directs you to a parking website. I parked and paid at 1:59pm for 4 hours parking using the QR code which I had proof of via email receipt. I was issued a ticket for "failing to display a valid parking ticket" at 2:31pm. Obviously, I sent an appeal to the company which they accepted. HOWEVER.. the appeal stated that the ticket had been "correctly issued" and that they were "following the guidelines and enforcement controls agreed" with the car park owners. The appeal decision states that they would cancel the ticket "as a gesture of goodwill". Utterly insulting, this is an example of the company attempting to take the high ground which is not theirs to take. Not only that, also refusing to apologise when they were clearly in the wrong. I will no longer be using this car park as a result.
