Not the relaxing experience we hoped…

Not the relaxing experience we hoped for.
Gift voucher given for Christmas and used as a birthday/pre holiday treat for a grandparent.
Mini Pedicure was part of the experience. Nowhere on the website or voucher mentioned that any polish needed to be removed in advance. Therapist did not have correct product to remove gel polish so filed it off causing pain, redness around nail beds and bruising to feet. And even charged an additional £21 for the treatment.
Absolutely shocking! Will never return, or purchase gift vouchers for this establishment again!
