I can not give 0 star so I am forced to give 1 star. This "company" is absolutely dishonest, their price is apparent good but you do not have any guarantee to take the car you booked and paid. We had a bad experience with this "company". They are liars, false, dishonest. They damaged our vacation and we lost 2 days to report the problem to the police in Istanbul.
Avoid this false people and their apparent good price

Worst car rental in Turkey
We booked a car in Istanbul for 15 days. The contract said they would take the car to the airport at 10.00. One hour after we tried to contact them and after 45 minutes calling they said that they did not have the car because the customer that rented it before had not given it back. They even told us that they knew about this problem but forgot to inform us. They told us that they did not know when we were going to recieve a car and they could give our money back. We did not accept as we had rented this one months ago with a very good price. Once we started complaining they said they were going to look for a solution and would call us back in a few minutes. We called them for almost two hours and answered just once, and when they knew it was us they hang up the phone. We had to book Another car with Another company after 4 hours waiting.
