Don't order from them.
Don't order from them.
1. I ordered a gift set received the wrong items. Tried calling them several time no answer, emailed them several time no answer. I thought it may just be quicker to order again in case I've received someone else order and return what I got.
2. I returned the first order and then emailed them with the receipts asking for full refund including the return postage as I had received the wrong items. After sending them a good few emails they responded suggesting they had messaged me already to say they had posted the missing items and attached a tracking number – not only did I not receive any messages but they provided a tracking number for the wrong site.
3. once id received confirmation for tm second order they sent me the same tracking number as for the one for the missing items!!... I have sent them further emails explaining this yet I’ve had no acknowledgement of the lack of service I have received or even an apology. After emailing several times that I was waiting on a refund for my first order they refunded my second order instead despite me clearly putting the correct order number in the subject of the email.
5. Having received such bad service I gathered all the emails as it was clear they were ignoring my request for my refund I was going to take this further with my bank after one last chance, they responded promptly to say my refund was processed ... yet I’m still waiting for it to come through, I emailed them back straight away asking about when I will receive the returned postage cost and they replied asking to send them the return postage tracking number so they can process the refund (when I had literally sent them an email attaching emails, confirmations of both orders, tracking information, return postage receipt in the email).
From the get go of having processed these order I have received such unacceptable service. What is the point have a contact number if no one ever picks up? What is the point of emailing you when you don’t have the decency to even read the whole email, and pick and choose before coming back to the customer with a question that should’ve been answered if you’d have read the emails. I even left my contact number to make it easier for them on several occasions but that was also ignored. The worst service I have ever received ...This was supposed to be birthday present it’s now coming up to a month now I’m waiting on a refund+ return postage cost for my first order I return over 3 weeks ago.
This is the first time I felt that I needed to post a review not only because I’m owed a refund but the principle behind it, not once have I received anything to acknowledge the bad service I received. Customers make a purchase in exchange for goods from the company, and in circumstances where the wrong goods are sent the company should try their utmost the fix the situation as the customer is PAYING for it.
