I used to buy from the company a few years ago. Always great customer care and products. I have recently started to use this company again..
Not sure what has changed but Sadly my
products including essential oils, carrier oils and wash base - a few of them
had leaky tops or broken seals on bottles. the bath base and castor oil had no seal at all. one of large bottles has black tap around the top??
I tried to emailed, message got sent back could not deliver! Emails contact is also down! I Tried to telephone but states web based only now. tried to get back onto their website for alternative contact details and a warning now comes up to say unsafe website!!

Unable to contact anyone at Essential Oils Direct not sure what to do next. Really Disappointing as in previous years no issues at all..

The oils are of good quality, great prices and quickly dispatched. One bottle from my order was damaged in transit and they provided a replacement free of charge very rapidly. Would definitely recommend.

I'm gutted to report a less than stellar experience with Essential Oil Direct. Received a botched order and there's been no customer service response in over a month. Tried ringing them, but they've gone web-only now. It feels like I'm stuck in a loop, endlessly shouting into the void. Hoping this review prompts some action and better communication from their end. Improvement is sorely needed.

I was very pleased with my purchase. Quality is very good and they have a good range of products. Even with the pandemic going around they were reliable and efficient. Pricing is a mix between reasonable and high depending on what you purchase (compared to other suppliers). Would be even better if they had student discounts also.
Customer service of a high standard and delivery was prompt, even better if they had free delivery (from a certain amount £) however it is a reasonably priced.
I just wish they could extend their range so I could buy all I need from them.

I have been ordering from EOD for many years now. Have always found their essential oils to be of a good quality, and they have an extensive range of oils, base oils creams etc; everything you need for Aromatherapy treatments and more. I have bought diffusers from here too. Would buy from here over Amazon any day. Prices are competitive, service is excellent, and delivery and packaging has been consistently excellent. An All round good company.

Excellent range of aromatherapy goods at great prices - perfect if you like to make your own formulations. My order arrived way more swiftly than I was expecting, and when there was an out of stock item in my order the communication was prompt and friendly. Will definitely be shopping with you again!

An excellent company for all your aromatherapy needs. Perfect for creating your own blends, with a variety of jars, bottles etc etc for packaging. The products are excellent quality, and with a variety of creams, lotions, oils to choose from. Great customer service received. Thank you!

I've used this company a few times now - after reading through their website pages regarding a wholesale or retail account, I decided that a wholesale account would save me money - but I can have BOTH accounts if I want to! The prices are exceptionally competitive, the products fantastic quality, and the customer service has been beyond compare. The website itself is comprehensible (even for a technophobe such as myself!), and options such as being able to save your basket for a later date, make the experience so easy and stress-free.
The delivery times are great - quick and easy to change if needed. The products were packaged very well with no breakages at all - and I have ordered glass bottles both empty and full of product, with no problems at all.
