We have been working with this team since 2006, and they continue to deliver an outstanding level of service year after year. Our business relies on highly specialised IT systems to run both our POS and dry‑cleaning machines, and their bespoke solutions have been essential to keeping our operations efficient and reliable.
In addition to supporting our core machinery, they also manage the media display systems in our shop, ensuring our customer‑facing screens always run smoothly and professionally. Their ability to handle such a wide range of technology with confidence and attention to detail has been invaluable.

I have used Essential Security on a couple of occasions and they are honestly the most professional and efficient company. The service and communication is an example of how businesses should be run and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Cannot fault. I don’t write many reviews, and it is easy to do so when you aren’t happy with a company or product but it is equally important to acknowledge quality and great service when it is due.

As a small business we highly recommend Essential Security. They have supported our company for the past five years, handling everything from day-to-day technical issues to supplying hardware for the entire office. They also assisted us in selecting the right data server to meet our needs — this included providing an initial quote, delivering the hardware, and completing the full setup. Essential Security also manages all our annual subscriptions (MS Office, antivirus software, remote access solutions, website hosting, and more), which is extremely helpful as we don’t need to worry about renewal dates or dealing with multiple suppliers. Their response time for ad hoc and urgent technical problems is always very reasonable and issues are resolved very quickly through remote support sessions, so there's rarely a need for on-site visits unless it's a specific hardware issue. Overall, Essential Security delivers comprehensive IT support in a really professional and friendly way.

Installed new version of my AV product, which told me my HD was about to die…..
Recommended to Ess Sec by an existing client: an excellent recommendation. Provide responsive, excellent service - disk was fine; later installed much-needed bigger disk, providied office suite tailored to my capabilities (not the best), an excellent AV product etc; answered numerous questions; and solved issues as they have arisen. Remote access so they can fix issues quickly via interactive session with me, explaining all in simple terms suited to the client. And they do all this with utter calm and unflappability, which I find very re-assuring. I am no longer in terror of a MS update upsetting something vital to me.
Bravo guys – I wish UK had many more excellent companies like yours.

We use this company at work and I was so impressed I now use them for all my home/family computing needs. They are reliable, completely unflappable and always manage to solve my issues/problems. I would happily recommend to anyone who is not already using them.

They were extremely helpful and happy to advise on the appropriate computer for my needs. They were very happy to answer all my questions and concerns and no question was too trivial. I feel confident that I can contact them with any problems I have regarding my computer.

I have been using Essential Security for my computer problems for several years now. They have always been extremely helpful, spending as much time as it takes and have always been successful in resolving my, what are at times very difficult, problems.
Obviously I am invoiced for their time but it is always very reasonable.

Knowledgeable people, quick response, reasonable cost. I've used them a few times and would certainly recommend them.
