Marshall Guitar Amplifier Repair
I had purchased a Marshall head off a well known auction site and it had arrived with some issues. I did a bit of phoning around as you do and the guys at Essex Amp Repairs were recommended to me. One email later and I dropped it down to them for an assessment. You pay a fee for this but it’s included in your final bill. About a week later Dave contacted me to give me the results, there was some work necessary and one small job that could be left to preference , all was explained to me and I agreed the schedule, the amp was ready two days later. It’s now back with me and sounds amazing. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes the time to explain all aspects of the repair and also anything else they think may be required.
I’m really happy with the level of service, I’ll be using them again.
