Don't buy a Groupon for car service…
We bought a Groupon for the car service - just an oil and filter change on a small car. Called and they were booked for weeks so had to wait to get in. When the day came, we were booked in and arrived a few minutes before the time slot. Dropped the car and they said they would call and would be within 2 hours. It isn't near much but after a walk we found a place for a coffee. When we walked back after 2 hours the car hadn't moved! We knocked on garage door and they said mechanic had gone for the parts and come back in another 2 hours. When we went back and it was done they said there was an EXTRA £30 TO PAY! We said why and they mumbled its in the Groupon small print. We said they never mentioned it when we booked the car in and had to give the make and model. They never said anything when we dropped it off. So we had no choice but to pay which made the service no cheaper than our own garage closer to home. Very unhappy and they must do this with every Groupon customer. Never go back as dishonest.
