Refused service due to cultural bias
Refused to service a business client who only speaks English. Estate Concept seems to be an old fashioned company bound to lose business to competition, because their employees have cultural bias and/or are borderline racist.

In fact, many of our clients prefer to engage with us in English, and our team is more than happy to accommodate that.
