I am a new customer. I raised two tickets. One for Google Maps not working and one for a template not loading. Both were down to my lack of experience and were resolved quickly. Good service

I never got the chance to use the plugin or connect it to the MLS. I gave the proper access to the Estatik Team as requested, but everything went wrong afterward.

I got another website hacked that wasn't the one I was installing the plugin on, and the security of my account was completely compromised, forcing me to waste money and time to solve it, not to mention the $649 that I paid and never got refunded 'cause it was a non-refundable purchase.

I reached out trying to look for a solution, but they responded that they couldn't do anything and neither refund the money since it was non-refundable.

Very disappointed experience.

My site was troubled with very large images. After Estatik took a look, everything was solved. Great support!!!

They have a very good team that responds quickly and can help with any questions

Been using the Premium plugin for about 5 years now. I can only say good things about. Firstly, the team is great, they always answer my questions in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. If I have specific development, functions questions, they try their best to answer them. If I want to achieve something specific, they guide me as to how to achieve it. We all know how important support is when you spend time, effort and money into your business site, you won't be disappointed. Plus it being a 1 time payment was a big factor as to why I purchased the premium version.

The plugin itself is great, you can customize it any way you want, style, colors, pretty much anything. The team is always updating the plugin and releasing new features, templates etc. After using it for a while, I thought maybe there is a newer plugin which has different features then this one which I kinda wanted to try, I can say I have googled and researched 50 different plugins for Real Estate and none of them are as complete as this one with the functionality and flexibility..

* The plugin will import the new RESO API format which is needed
You can use it on any amount of subdomains without limitations ( this is big for me, other plugins limit you to 1 and charge you extra for subdomains)
With a little coding, css, you can style it nicely

* Automatic synchronization, removes closed listing which I don’t want, it frees up my DB load

* Multiply MLS boards can be imported, most plugins allow one and charge for additional boards

This plugin provides everything we needed for our real estate webpage. The service of Estatik is perfect. We needed some minor adjustments, what was no problem to customize for us.

Very useful and easy to use plugin, it´s quite straight forward, and their costumer suppor is great, even if you are using the free version of the plugin. I totally recomend it!

The free version plugin offers a lot, everything you need to build a complete site. Plus I got really top support that quickly helped me solve a plugin translation problem.

Setting up MLS imports for the first time and we couldn't be happier with our experience so far, utilizing the Estatik Premium solution. We had a few issues initially and a number of support tickets submitted with the Estatik folks and all have been addressed in an efficient, timely manner. Thanks so much and keep up the great work!

Estatik is a great real estate plugin and it offers a lot of features for the price. The customer service is exceptional as well. I think the only thing holding this plugin back is how customizable the features are with regards to the look and feel. If the widgets were fully customizable by Divi or like what you would see in Divi within its own modules, this would be the perfect real estate plugin. As of now, you can only change the look and feel of things within the plugin/widgets very little.
