I underwent a hair transplant at EsteGrande in Istanbul two weeks ago, and the experience has been very positive from start to finish. The procedure itself was performed at a hospital, and before the operation, blood tests, blood pressure, and an ECG were taken, followed by a thorough consultation with a doctor. This gave me a reassuring sense that everything was done professionally and medically sound.

The follow-up from Michael and the team has been attentive and well-organized, both beforehand, during the stay, and afterwards. Transportation from the airport to both the hospital and the hotel worked flawlessly, which made the entire process simple and comfortable.

Now, 14 days after the procedure, the results already look promising, and I feel well taken care of. Based on my experience so far, I can recommend EsteGrande to others considering a hair transplant in Turkey.

The consultation before, during and after the procedure was brilliant, really putting me at ease. It was a very calming experience before hand. Then after the procedure, the support concerning the follow up treatments was excellent too!

Previous review removed so I’m dialling it back a bit. I’ll continue posting if it keeps getting removed.

One word - Avoid.

I would hazard a guess 90% of these reviews are fake. Look closely. Ironic that Trustpilot cannot be trusted, anyone can leave a positive review.

My donor area has been depleted with overharvesting, poor implantation plan, and low graft survival rate which they take no responsibility for and look to blame me for. All they care about is their “brand” and reputation, and not focusing on the actual issue which is the amateur work.

My head is a mess and I have a scarred donor area. Overharvested for grafts that are now lost forever as they’ve not survived. I’d be surprised if all of my removed grafts even got implanted, you don’t get to see.

It’s a well marketed hair mill with people leaving reviews well before they've had a chance to see results.

Do your research and don't believe their own hype. Go on Hair Restoration Network, take your time. Don't make the same mistake I did and end up having to pay for a repair from a reputable clinic.

I also have to pay for scalp micropigmentation due to donor area being unevenly harvested.

Excellent service, super recommended, Michael I was aware of everything very attentive, if you go to Turkey do not hesitate to contact him.

I've been returning for hair aftercare quarterly, and Este Grande has other medical services or consultations that are equally good as their Hair Transplant procedures.

A procedure is never an easy thing, especially when travelling abroad for it.
The staff at Estegrande make sure that as a patient you are well briefed and informed of the procedure, test results and post care.

The clinic and the hotel are in a very nice part of the city, close to amenities and transport, which is also a bonus.

I recommend this clinic and kudos to the nurses and to Michael for everything pre and post- procedure.

Really good experience with Estegrande from start to finish. A little but apprehensive to begin with as it feel like it will be quite invasive and uncomfortable, but I couldn’t of been in better hands. They were professional and courteous. Micheal took care of everything and I am really pleased with the procedure and the care involved from all the team. Now I’m recovering and seeing some steady progress. Definitely reccomend.

Remember this - “buy cheap pay twice”.

There’s more to a hair transplant than moving hairs from back to top.

Do your research on Hair Restoration Network.

The bulk of these reviews are not genuine or have been submitted immediately after surgery. Success is not visible until at least 6 months so these reviews are pointless.

If there’s any issues or concerns then they will makes excuse after excuse and imply the patient must be at fault.

Poor graft choice and placement, damage to native grafts and uneven donor harvesting. Permanent damage done, poor growth and density. I wouldn’t even go back if they offered pay my flights and put me up in a penthouse suite.

Go somewhere which has a real doctor and don’t focus on the lowest price.

Threaten me with legal action from your pretend legal team. You’re a joke.

Just returned to Australia after having my hair transplant procedure with Este Grande. I had an amazing experience with the team. Michael made me feel super welcome and looked after me the moment I hit the ground. Also, the doctor was a magician. Prior to the procedure I learned that if you insert the hair into the forehead muscle, it will just fall out in a few years, so the doctor spent almost an hour before hand making sure he got the line it absolutely perfect to my natural hairline while avoiding all the muscles in the forehead. I’m so grateful for this because I wasn’t knowledgeable of this issue and would have said yes to any line that looks straight if someone didn’t educate me. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend.

Amazing people and clinic. My first contact was with Grace and after talking to her I decided that this was the clinic I was going to use. She explained the whole process so well and clearly and put me in contact with Michael. Michael was just as amazing and he basically handles everything for us. He was an excellent point of contact. Spoke English, and was very efficient with communication. The doctor and the girls that assisted with the procedure were just as amazing. Definitely will be doing the second round procedure with them again in a year. Amazing clinic and amazing people !!

The clinic experience was excellent. From picking us up from the airport to the hotel. Micheal and his staff were very friendly and made the hair transplant surgery process easy. Michael and his staff explained thoroughly and made me comfortable.

Very good and thorough service

Not long got back from Istanbul, it was a great little experience. From the second you get of the plane you are looked after. Michael and ohan are great guys and were very helpful and welcoming. The procedure went nice and smooth. I highly recommend este grande!
