First of all, i want to say that I flew all the way from America and it was my first time in Istanbul. I really didn't know what to expect but i certainly didn't know it would be so beautiful. Its a very nice place to see, i was surprised. My consultant Rober, communicated with me through whatsapp and always had everything ready for me, he was really reliable and really took care of everything fast. My ride was ready when i came out the airport. My hotel was ready and my ride to the hospital the next morning was also ready to go. Everything came together so fast and easy every time. The whole hair procedure is also quick and pain-free. The only pain is the anesthesia but its fast and nothing crazy! Also i couldn't believe that it only took 1 session because i was completely bald, thats crazy. Those 3 females did a really amazing job and i hope they read this message. I was upset at first because i was thinking my hairline was higher than before but it was a big misunderstanding, i'm sorry! the hairline is correct & i love it! esteGrande changed my life & i'm super thankful of them. I had lost my confidence 4 years ago and now it's finally back and i feel like myself again. I also met another consultant named Albert, very great person. He really helped and made me feel a lot better about everything before i left. Really nice guy. Thank you guys. Much Love!

I want to start by saying that they have very good management, hotel, transport and travel to the clinic.
The problems start when you get to the clinic, no one speaks English apart of the person who bring the customers to the clinic.
The surgery takes 7-8h…it’s extremely hard to make it without having a chat, tv or something to do in this time.
The line drawn by the Dr does not resemble the one I have 10 days later. The line is not symmetrical.
The package you buy mentions 1 year of treatment but it does not exist (they offer in the package only a cap and a neck pillow), shampoo and other products you have to buy separately.

I had a little doubt in the beginning, but after 1 year it became clear to me that it really worked, I am very satisfied with the result, my 2 brothers will also go there soon, the quality-price ratio is also very good ,and also very friendly people, it was worth it

ik had een beetje twijfel in het begin ,maar na 1 jaar werd het mij zeker zichtbaar dat het echt gewerkt heeft,ik ben zeer tevreden met het resultaat, mijn 2 broers zullen binnenkort ook er naar toe gaan,de verhouding kwaliteit prijs is ook zeer ,en ook heel vriendelijke mensen, het was de moeite waard

Everything was organised perfect, from the airport to the surgery, after surgery now past two weeks everything perfect.

Nice experience with EsteGrande untill now . Is my 7th day post operation and everything is ok. They take care of me in Turkey from the moment i landed untill i left ( private transfer , nice hotel , transport hotel-hospital etc. ) . The surgery took place in a hospital close to the hotel wich is a big plus as many clinics are doing the surgerys in clinics without specialised people in case of something going wrong.

I had my hair transplant end of January, so right now I am still recovering and the wounds are healing.
My experience with este Grande, has been excellent, from the time I reached out for information and a quote, to after the procedure. Very professional and direct communication and special thanks to Jason for being so helpful and informative.
They take care of all the transportation to and from the airport, hotel and hospital.
The medical team, translators and everyone involved was delightful and understanding, as i am a bit afraid of hospitals and the procedure.

The vendor was responsive and provided everything as promised, though there was some miscommunication initially. Despite being promised a 5-star hotel and receiving a 4-star, it turned out to be an overall good experience, and everything worked out in the end. Wishing for a successful transplant outcome.

A very pleasant experience
With seamless transfer to and from airport and clinic. The follow up care from Este Grande was/is amazing with weekly check-ins and 24/7 help or questions. I would highly recommend as I have been to este grande 2 times.

I got my hair transplant done in Jan 2024, they have a good medical team, great experience overall. Walter was extremely courteous, patiently answered all questions I had before and after. Price is also great compared to other companies, I highly recommend them. Will post another review when my hair grows back after a few months, at this point it’s fully covered and growing.

I had my hair transplant 9 days ago in Istanbul
