Just a rip off, they come inspect charge me 400 to replace a piece, still same issue he want to charge me an extra 380 more to replace another part... I kicked him out of my house

Top Boiler didnt last 15months no service from warranty co Esteval. No hot water for a week now.
BOSCH Therm 5600S butane running on system drinking water from Dermope.
Started to leak badly. The heat exchanger has a hole in the quite cheap and thin copper. Fill the boiler with water.
Esteval are the warranty service company for Bosch.
Gave the warranty service all the details they turned up a week ago I thought to repair it but no they were only interested in testing the water to try and get out of repairs.
A week later still nothing from Esteval and no hot water.
In the UK Bosch is great. We have had them for years and service is excellent.
Here in Spain they appear to just want to get out of fixing an obviously faulty product so give that to Esteval . Who dont fix.
Will never buy Bosch again.
