unprofessional, lot of mischiefs, i dont recommend
they never communicated me about the missing bill of july 2022, this week in april 2023 they sent me a lawyer notice ., when i asked me why i never got any bill they replied three stories., 1. the bill was returned as they dont find my letter box., 2. the bill came but i did not pay., 3.i received lawyer notice but i say that i did not receive the bill saying that i am lying indirectly., i dont know why there is a need of me to lie for a single month bill that missed because of their inability to communicate a simple thing to their customers(in this case-me) about a missing bill., now tell me guys how many of us are receiveing calls from their marketing teams about asking us to join them., why cant they simply notify us through an email which is free of cost! they say its not obligatory and they proceeded legally., my opinion is better stay with an agency which tries to communicate with its client rather than accusing and sending a lawyer notice!!! i say no to this supplier(my personal opinion) and i prefer staying away from estra! maybe i did not put it out clearly... simply to say my opinion i will stay away from them.(i paid the agreed amount between me and their legal team not because that i am at fault because i want to just close whatever the relation between us as a client ) miscommunication! not interested in dealing with respect with its clients by notifying them through different modes of communication provided by us., if it is not necessary then why do they ask email and mobile number of ours in the application form! great way to escape ..... bravo!!!
