Good prices and quality customer support

This was my first order from esupplements, on one item they shipped the wrong flavor. Support responded quickly to my email and promptly shipped the correct flavor and did not require me to ship the wrong item back. Even though they made a mistake, they responded well and quickly made it right. Thank you!

customer service phone number sucks!!!!!

you can't get a hold of customer service anymore you just get a long drawn out annoying survey what's up with that I just going to get a hold of supplements customer service and order my products now didn't answer the phone it just puts out a stupid survey which is very annoying!!!!!!!

Great experience.

Surprised to see the number of negative reviews here.

I ordered two of a product they give you a free gift on, but I ordered them individually and the customer service contacted me to tell me they added the free gift even though I had no idea of the promotion.

I will definitely be back.

Incredibly slow delivery!

Purchased on 9/1. Product didn't leave Salt Lake City until 9/8! As of 9/10 still hasn't been received by USPS. (Apparently it goes from esupplements to DHL and then to USPS.) Saved $3 by using esupplements but ended up deciding to initiate a new order (bodybuilding.com) after waiting over a week. Will get that before the esupplements order arrives. Ridiculous! Won't use esupplements again.

first time buyer, highly recommend. great service!

I usually never write any reviews but this time i just had to. I purchase two supplements thru esupplements, upon recieving the package 3 days later i came to find out that i was missing one of my items! Following day i called in (waiting time about 1 hour) and once i got a hold of customer service the process was easy, they shipped out my item following day and when getting that package i was amazed, they really made up for it. I got two bottles of (animal cuts) a bunch of sample and a shaker for FREE!! Totally going to keep buying from them

Best deal on ON Serious Mass 6lb!!

I bought an ON Serious Mass 6lb tub for 25$ and it came with a free Shaker Bottle! It was a better deal than Bodybuilding.com or any other site!! This website is 100% legit. The box arrived really fast; in about 3 business days.

Seems to be scam

I ordered opti men multivitamin and the site says 3-5 days.
They send me an invalid tracking number. It have been more than a week now. I emailed them and they didn't reply, I tried to call and the system says 72 caller ahead of you press one to save your place and we will call u back, which they never did.
I will wait few days and keep you updated.
They attract ppl by placing lower prices but I think it's scam. I am very skeptical about all these positive reviews over here.

DID NOT SHIP PRODUCT

Ordered on Mar 8 its Mar 19th I sent 3 emails to support. Support never replied all they did was print a shipping label which allowed a Tracking # Product never left the Gate!
2 calls to company finally requested refund.
Have to conclude this Company does not care about customer.
Volume shipping business they order stock in volume mark up the price and ship product PERIOD. I would fire everyone in Shipping Department. FEDEX does the deliveries no Teamsters or Unions to deal with just a third party carrier. Inexcusable. No easier business exists. Anyone can run a mail order business. Well almost anyone.

Great company

I end up on eSupplements a lot because when I buy supplements I usually just go with the cheapest place and they are generally the cheapest. On top of usually having the cheapest prices, often times it still makes the most sense to buy through eSupplements since they have free shipping site-wide.

Never had any issues with receiving what I want from them. One time I bought something on back-order and I was contacted shortly after and was given the option to be refunded or wait for the item to be stocked. No matter what I chose they gave me a 15% off coupon. I think that is how customer service should be done.

STAY AWAY, VERY BAD SELLER !!!

I ordered ON protein powder on December 23 2012, and I received confirmation email according which I had to receive my order for 3-5 days. They even sent me a Fedex tracking number.

Today on Dec. 30th since there was not any updates about my order on Fedex website and it has been 7 days since I placed the order and I haven't received it yet I called them and their customer service rep said that they haven't shipped it yet, but they gonna do it today. I told her that i supposed to have it by now, and i cannot wait 5 more days, so I wanna cancel the order. She said that they gonna ship it today and I have to wait till i receive it and then cancel it and wait for refund . !!! What a h..!

STAY AWAY !!! Don't waste your money and time with them and their terrible customer service reps !!!

Really Really bad Customer service

Here is a copy of the emails I sent and received from their "customer service" department.
On their website, it states that they pricematch. Just call, or email... so I did.

Received 30 servings at price of 90

Ordered first time from this store and got ripped. I ordered Scivation Xtend from here: esupplements.com/products/scivation-xtend/. It says 90 servings for $54.99, which is the price for 90 servings on other store websites as well. When I added to the cart it showed "1 Bottle of Scivation Xtend" and didn't mention how many servings. They sent me a bottle of only 30 servings. Total rip off. A bottle of 30 servings at the price of 90 servings. Will never ever buy from this store again.

Customer service is horrid

I ordered a protein powder, they sent the wrong flavor, one that I can't stand. All of my emails over a 3 week period were not responded to, I finally called, I was told I had to take a picture of wrong products and send to a different email address, after I did that they emailed me back and told me to ship the products back and after their either received the products or had proof that they were in transit they would then send out the correct product, Really, you want me to pay to ship back your mistake, I think not. I have responded back with that question and they are back to ignoring me, if I don't get an acceptable response in next 48 hours, my next step is to report them to the BBB
