I wasn’t aware of the extra customs…
I wasn’t aware of the extra customs duty I needed to pay at the time of delivery. A little heads up would’ve been great. The packaging was great and so were the products. This was for delivery in India. It was on time arrival though.

Product arrived on time, but stated online it was a 90 day supply, except it wasnt. It came with the usual 90 pills, but recommended dose is 3 pills which means its a 30 day supply. The description is inaccurate

My order had a buy 3 get 3 free. It showed up without the 3 free. There was no apology or any info about the missing portion of my order which was part of the advertised sale.I called to enquire and got a dismissive response as along with an attitude. I ask the gentlemen on the other side if he was ok or having a bad day cause I'm trying to understand why the hostility and he hangs up on the call. This is the second time this has happened and the third strike for me. Although I like the site I have serious concerns about future shopping through this site..

Order not sent, contacted 3 times, after final cancellation request they just sent an email confirming that I cancelled the order and would receive money back. Money came back but never an answer, why my order was not shipped (and I waited 3 weeks...). Never again!!
