STILL WAITING FOR ESURE TO PAY ME FOR MY CAR THAT HAS BEEN WRITTEN OFF 8 WEEKS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They have no updates and they have no timeframe as to when I will get paid, despite them saying at the beginning 7-10 days after the quote is accepted. Every single day they ask for an extra documentation like it’s hard to ask for them all together. They keep buying time this way. AVOID

once the documents were received i realised the policy did not meet my expectation, i call them and tried to change it, the call was a total waste of time. I've cancelled the policy within hours and not had any confirmation of this.

Car insurance, competitive pricing for the options provided, included an app for easy access to your policy and other information and reminders provided to help.

My experience was great, easy for fill in the application form, and the price is affordable unlike other insurance company.

I called to cancel the auto renewal as the renewal quote was not competitive. They said they couldn't match the quote. That was fine. So, I said I didn't want to renew. But, they took the payment anyway.

Easy to follow instructions to complete the insurance policy process. Good competitive price.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Esure and if there was a no star option I would have given that!
After my accident on 20 April, my car was collected for repair on 24 April with an estimated repair time of three weeks. Instead, after waiting over 12 weeks and repeatedly chasing for updates, I was told the vehicle was a total loss.
Communication throughout the claim was poor. I received inconsistent information, had to spend hours during my working day contacting both Esure and the repair centre for updates, and was never kept informed proactively.
To make matters worse, two weeks after being told my car was a total loss, my leasing company had still not been notified, meaning I continued making lease payments unnecessarily. I also discovered my claim had been closed despite these outstanding issues.
The whole experience has been stressful, frustrating, and far below the level of customer service I expected. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Esure based on my experience.

Worst company ever, they said I fraudulently put my details in and then took off my convictions when it was a mistake. How cheeky for them to tell me that I fraudulently did this on purpose and they want to put policy cancellation against my name.

I’d give less than 1 star if I could. Disgraceful company! Completely ignored my own insurers after a driver who was covered with their insurance nearly killed me on the motorway. It’s been 6 months and they’ve done nothing. Even cut me off on online chat and everyone constantly leaves the chat. My insurer has had to get solicitor involved to get back the hire car money that they still haven’t paid out to them. My own insurance is sky high because they haven’t admitted fault still.
Communication is diabolical. No number to ring and when I do I’m cut off. Most unprofessional company ever and highly advise every single person to AVOID at all costs!!!

Easily the worst company I've ever had the mis-pleasure to deal with. AVOID this company if you know what's good for you.

Spoke to online chat 2 weeks before my house insurance was due for renewal to turn off automatic renewal.

They confirmed automatic renewal was off and my policy would expire.

2 weeks later they renewed my house insurance and £290 taken from my account!

Another online chatbot visit (think AI) to get my refund. They say withing 4-5 days.

Im waiting.....avoid this lot.

Simplified items on the insurance products. Wasn't forced to pick options I didn't need. I recommend ensure for peace of mind

Esure made my decision easier, to use them as my new car insurance provider, because the quote was quickly generated and very competitively priced. I paid immediately and have peace of mind for the next 12 months. Thank you

CLAIM 1000054727: Vulnerable Customer Safety Hazard & 5-Month Delay.

Esure stripped my kitchen and bathroom, their contractor certified it 100% dry weeks ago (after wasting over 2 months of my time saying my property is "still wet", even though they were the ones who originally declared it dry), and they have now abandoned my family. They are forcing my heavily pregnant wife and 3-year-old toddler to live amidst exposed structural subfloors, bare walls, and exposed nails. This is a severe breach of FCA Consumer Duty. Their claims team is ignoring formal emails, and frontline staff say no manager can be reached. I require an immediate, senior-led cash settlement to make my home safe before my baby arrives.

Update: Despite you requesting my details you have still not reached out to me or address my concerns.

Messaged multiple times without a reply. I was told once confirmation of my closed case that I would get contact. Instead I’ve just been sent indirect general email confirmations without any attempt at rectifying my request to have my premium reassess as I overpaid due to open claim taken too long.

Usually this is the only means of initiating contact.

Avoid like the plague!!!

I was in an accident 2 months ago, my car was taken by a garage which have been amazing. Still to this day waiting for esure engineers to approve my car to be fixed, no updates whatsoever from them, had customer service promise I would receive a call back from the engineers but still nothing!!! This is the first complaint I have ever made in my life. Worst experience I have ever had. If you are in an accident and want your car to be fixed quickly then do not use these.
