Professional, thorough, and friendly
Always a bit wary of companies with 'e___' in their name like doing things electronically is new, but I shouldn't have been.
Michael from e.surv was incredibly professional and thorough, both in his reporting and his follow up with us. As first time buyers we asked lots of questions and needed things clarifying, and he was all too happy to answer and simplify. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others, thanks a lot.

House pre pruchase survey
Our appointed surveyor was very thorough at the property, the detailed report came through on time and contained enough detail for us to make our own conclusions and realise where we needed to follow up. The surveyor was also extremely helpful in answering our follow up questions once we had read and digested the reports contents.

First time buyer
First time buyer, experience was so much better than I expected. I chose to get the home survey done through my mortgage provider which I had seen online would likely result in less of a personal/informative experience. However, Adrian was incredibly proactive and helpful - the survey was done within days and the phone call we had afterwards was even more informative. It was all very reassuring and miles more beneficial for the buying process than I ever expected it to be.

Excellent! Very prompt inspection, helpful report and follow up call.
A survey inspection was arranged for only 2 working days after we booked it.
The report was detailed with photos to show areas where issues were identified for action or follow up. The report was sent to us on the day after inspection and the surveyor phoned on the following day, offering to answer/explain any questions we had.

Great Surveyors
Great surveying company. Had the pleasure of Mike Slaney conducting my survey who I specifically requested after he did a fantastic job on a previous house survey. Anna assisted me in booking the survey and was extremely helpful and available to answer any queries I had. The survey was carried out about a week or so after booking and the comprehensive report sent to me a few days after that. The surveyor also calls you to run through their report with you and discuss anything that may need addressing. Great company and will be using again in future!
