Update: 26/08. I have learned that if you sign for a product from etendencias and if it is broken you do not get a refund. If you are silly enough to buy from this company, do not sign for the product until you open the package and turn it on. I am sure that the delivery driver will wait for you to test it before signing. I repeat, avoid this scam company and do not lose €400 like I did
Do not buy any product from this company. They took three weeks to deliver a TV, with excuses of could not understand address, no answer from your phone. After multiple emails and multiple days waiting in the apartment the item is delivered it came via very old and dirty van. No surprise, the TV was damaged. After sending them pictures of the TV now they want pictures of the box it came in. It is purely an excuse and they do not care about customers. If you purchase via MediaMarkt, make sure etendencias is not the reseller.
Update, now nearly two months later they are refusing to return broken TV and refund because I signed for it. I only discovered it was broken after opening the package. This is a scam company. Avoid and do not lose €400 like me.

Conforme a todo lo que hemos hablado, el producto llego en perfecto estado a su destino. Recibió el televisor y firmo como conforme de entrega puesto que el producto estaba en perfecto estado exterior. Lo abre por debajo cosa un tanto peculiar puesto que ni siquiera nosotros en las 37 tiendas que tenemos lo hacen así nuestros profesionales y muestra un golpe que no coincide en el punto en que luego nos dice que el embalaje tiene un golpe. En nuestras faqs pone claramente lo que se debe hacer a la hora de recepcionar un producto. Nosotros aseguramos todos los productos pero si el cliente da la entrega por buena y no nos lo comunica en tiempo el seguro ya no vale para nada y es un producto para el deshecho.

Buenos dias, su pedido lo ha realizado el 01/02/2024 fuera de hora de preparación por lo que se envía al día siguiente 02/02/2024.
Segun vemos en su pedido tiene el servicio de instalación contratado, este servicio tal y como indicamos en la informacion el plazo de entrega son unos 7 dias hábiles aproximadamente sin contar los fines de semana. Segun vemos el pedido se entrego en plazo el 12/02/2024

24 to 72 hrs promised delivery took no account of 3 kings day and weekend. No communication of the delay. Just luck my wife was in to take delivery. Poor

Good morning, we see that the order was made on 01/03 at 7:31 p.m., this is processed the next business day 01/04. The delivery period is 24/72 hours once the article leaves our facilities, taking into account that January 6 is a holiday and they do not repair the order on the weekend, the order was delivered on time on 01/09/2023 by TXT according to what we see with the agreement on his part.

My washing machine is defective!!
My washing machine is defective!!! The water from kitchen sink comes to washing machine and after it overflow to kitchen! I try to phone to Etendencias, nobody responds, the phone number from their site is not in service!
No response to mail also. I don't know what to do!
