Every product I’ve tried from this company is 12/10 amazing! I’ve used multiple brands of heat less curlers but this is the only comfortable one to sleep in.

I got the jumbo heatless curler as a gift for my birthday..I have tried so many before and found them not great to sleep in and the curl doesn't last. But i LOVE Eternal muse hair jumbo curler ...so soft and it is easy to sleep in also.I love the effect of the jumbo size in my hair-i have long thick hair, so this size is perfect. I 100% recommend them. The packaging is gorgeous, the box it comes in is fab. get it, you won't regret it. Shipping was fast to Ireland aswell.

I have ordered at least 5 times with multiple of every size curler and have never been disappointed! The packing and product is beautiful on its own. I am not great with hair styling but i practiced and got it down for my thick wavy hair. I had placed an accidental order around christmas and emailed the customer service team and they responded quickly to cancel that order and refunded me without hesitation. i will continue to order from them and recommend to anyone!

Absolutely love this product. I live on the road and bringing my curling wand is not an option. It’s so convenient and worth not buying the cheaper versions. Make sure to wrap your hair tight and because of my thick hair I use damp hair and sometimes a bit of gel to hold. It always looks like I spent a lot of time and money on my hair when I just sleep. Love this product … 10/10 recommend

Ordered over 5 times with this brand. First time they were overran as they had a TikTok blow up before Christmas. They were a little slower at getting it out but they have upscaled everything now and products come out so quickly!
Product is amazing, I recommend it to everyone. So much better than cheaper ones. Packaging is so stunning. Would never not use eternal muse from now on! Game changer!

I have had the heatless curler in midi size since last year and loved them.
The curls were always stunning but they didn’t always last in my hair for the whole day but my hair is very fickle!

I brought the mist in March and honestly it is the best! My curls last for two days!! It is the best product I have used on my crazy thick hair

I have been using eternal muse heartless curler for 4+ years and cannot fault it! The heatless curler has not changed in any way, still soft as ever and still creates the perfect curls. I have really long and heavy hair so finding products that work for my hair can be a challenge. On top, their customer service is truly amazing, they always get back to me quickly and everyone in the team is lovely!!

Absolute dodgy business and please no more replies, nothing they say/do can erase this. It’s their words against mine and I am not gonna waste my energy for such a cheap matter. They stand by their policy and I stand by my truth, told them to keep the product as a token of failure.

I ordered the wrong model from Australia, you can imagine return cost wasn’t cheap.
For about a month after it was delivered to their address, there was no update. I sent a few emails and told them this delay is not acceptable. Then suddenly they sent some poor quality photos of god knows who’s returned item, claiming cannot refund cause it seems worn. Just like that they lie and get away with it. Very dishonest business, poor customer service and low quality attitude. Yet again don’t believe their branding on social media. Absolute joke.

I ordered a curler as a gift which was unwanted so emailed to ask about the returns process got replies relatively quickly and as soon as I’d returned it I didn’t hear anything back from them, it’s been nearly 3 weeks and I’ve received no refund and no reply to any of my emails. Very disappointed in their service so I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them, especially if it’s a item you may decide to return

I was so excited to purchase this and wanted to love it so much, but unfortunately this product just does not work. They advertise that it should work on all hair types and on long hair, but it doesn’t. The first time I tried it, my hair ended up as a tangled mess. You’ve got to sleep like a corpse in a casket in order for this to stay in place overnight and if you’re a side sleeper? Forget it. I messaged the company on Instagram and they told me I must have used it wrong. They asked if I dampened my hair first, and I had. They then told me that was the issue (despite that it very clearly states in the directions that you can dampen your hair ahead of time) and tried to sell me their essence spray to improve the situation.

I decided to give it one more try, with a leave in conditioner and no dampening, only to be met with the same result: it simply didn’t curl my hair. I sent the company a photo of my hair, a highlighted copy of their instructions stating to use water, and have not gotten further response beyond their upsell. Why would I buy more of their products when the first one failed so horribly?!

If your hair is thick, long, or if you move at all in your sleep- save your money. They won’t refund it. They can’t accept the product back due to sanitary reasons, which is understandable, but if the product is this bad they should at least offer a refund.

I recently ordered a set of 3 Bun Bon heatless curlers on March 5th. Delivery was super fast and I received my order on the 7th, and I'm soo happy with them! They're way more comfortable to sleep in than other heatless curlers I've tried and they feel really good quality. Definitely recommend!

Great customer service, quick delivery and it’s packaged nicely. The product itself is also great, id highly recommend.

I bought these in November 2023. The first time I used them as directed, they didn’t work. I decided to try them again but when I did, one of the buttons came off and the stitching is coming apart on another one. They said their warranty is only 60 days, so I’m stuck with them. I only used them twice. I required major surgery in Dec and Jan, so I’ve had more pressing issues than trying to get the curlers to work. It’s sad, because if I tried them out sooner, I’d fall in the 60 day warranty period.

So, very disappointed for the price that they didn’t last a second use.

I’ve just been told I can use it without the buttons. There is no wire or fixing devices so if you have fine hair like me, that definitely doesn’t work.

Start to finish brilliant company, I messaged and was responded to very quickly. The product itself was beautifully boxed and delivery super quick but mainly the product is far superior to other cheap versions on the market. I have bought cheap amazon versions but couldn't sleep wearing them so pointless. I bought the original heatless curler and bun ones and I got such a good night's sleep hold the hair better and woke up still in after sleeping. Can't recommend the company or product enough!!

I purchased the original size curler from Eternal Muse after finding a cheap one that was bought as a gift just didn't work and because my 8 year old daughter also wanted curls.
I ordered on the Thursday afternoon, paid for priority delivery and was excited to receive it on the Saturday, just in time to use for an event on Sunday. The packaging is simply beautiful and unexpected.
I used the curler Saturday night, and it worked perfectly on my hair, and I had curls for three days! I'm now on my second use of the week.
We then tried it in my daughters hair and unfortunately it didn't work, although, this is not the fault of the curler. My daughter has VERY thick, heavy hair, so I ordered her the mini so we could try a tighter curl. It arrived this afternoon and we popped it in for 2 hours on dampened hair in the hopes she'd have curls for her dance class. She did, and she was so, so overjoyed to finally find something that worked for her.
