Wonderful Customer Service

I needed my ring fixed and customer service worked with me and when it was decided I needed to purchase a new one the experience was very easy. I needed to return for a different size and the return was flawless. Great experience! Great company!

Returns Cost $50+

Rings include a thick string tag that you must remove if you want to try the ring on and get an accurate fit. Then they charge you for removing the tag if you want to return it. It cost me $50+ to return the ring (even though I purchased another one through them). Very disappointing.

I got my boyfriend a promise ring but…

I got my boyfriend a promise ring but unfortunately it was a bit small so I needed to exchange it. Eternate has made that process super easy and they communicated with me in a timely manner. Very efficient. Highly recommend! Ps in love with the ring!

Happy Customer

The quality of your jewelry is amazing! My daughter gifted me a necklace for Christmas, I had not taken it off. I even shower with it and it is still beautiful. I even bought a necklace for my sister. I will continue to purchase from your company in the future.

No Transparency! Save Yourself the Headache

Thinking about buying from Eternate? Don’t.

Bought ~$2,000 in wedding bands. Tried them on (like anyone would), removed the tag to check sizing… never wore them.

Returned within the 30-day window and got hit with a 20% restocking fee ($400) + $30 shipping.

Why? Because the tag was cut.

What they don’t clearly tell you on the product page is that removing the tag = automatic penalty, even if the rings are unworn. You have to dig through fine print to find that.

A “30-day return policy” shouldn’t come with hidden fees like this.

Save yourself the headache and buy from a company with transparent policies.

Eternate really wowed me in numerous…

Eternate really wowed me in numerous ways. They had products in my price range with the materials I wanted and designs I wanted. PLUS they have a bigger sizing range than most companies. They were EXTREMELY fast and responsive when I needed to exchange my item for a different size. Third, the original item shipped faster than expected. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future and recommend to friends.

Finally right!

I ordered a signet ring in January and after 3 times receiving the ring they finally got it right! However, it took them 3 months and all they could offer me was 10% off after the last 2 times being their fault. Different people responded through email so it wasn’t 1 person you’re dealing with and try calling their # Forget it! You can never get a live person. So. with that being said they definitely can improve in those aspects. That’s why I gave them a 2 star rating.
