Excellent customer service and product
I ordered a ring for myself and a customizable one for my husband. I absolutely love my ring! Unfortunately, I ordered my husband‘s ring in the wrong size. When we received it and I realize this, I emailed the company and told them I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Since it was my fault, I was very surprised when they told me that it could be exchanged and they sent me a shipping label for me to return it. Excellent customer service and product!
Faulty Jewelry- Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service. Received a faulty piece of jewelry (no claw clip on one side) and the company would not replace the item because my complaint fell outside their 30 day window. This was a Christmas gift that was ordered well ahead of the day it was actually opened. I do not recommend purchasing from a company with such a low moral compass.
Poor Quality Control
I ordered an engagement ring with a hidden halo. When the ring arrived, the white gold looked tarnished, and two stones were missing from the halo. It took a week to receive an email response regarding an exchange. The replacement ring they sent was also faulty, missing a stone on the halo again, as well as a bit of fiber stuck under one of the prongs of the main stone. Tired of the poor quality, I asked for a refund, but they are refusing because I have already made an exchange and will only offer another exchange. I refuse to accept another poor-quality product and want a refund, but they have gone radio silent on the matter.

The look on my Daughters face
The look on my Daughters face. I bought the birthstone of granddaughters birth month .she was 19 and was going to do social work to help help women and children. She was killed on November the 7th by a 82 year old woman . The woman didn't see Josie on her motorcycle. The lord received a total angel. December 28th was my Daughter's 50th Birthday. Not a birthday i would have ever imagined for her. I'm not a rich person. So thank you for a beautiful ring. We were just able to give her the ring last night.

Jewelry is awful quality
Jewelry is awful quality. The first ring i got was damaged and stained when it arrived. I exchanged it for a new one and the vermeil wore off in under three months. I have multiple pieces that are vermeil coated and know how to care for them. I have NEVER had a piece of jewelry this poorly made. I spent alot of money on a gift for my wife and am so disappointed in what i received. I requested a refund since i had already exchanged once and did not want a third ring from this company just to have it be worn beyond recognition a month from now. I was told i was “outside the window”. I was given no other valid reason why i could not be refunded and when asked to speak with someone who could approve a refund, the customer service team went silent. I am still waiting a response from them and am still requesting my money back. I will never buy from here again and will actively tell anyone that asks that they should avoid it at all costs.
Do note recommend - poor customer service
My husband recently purchased a birth stone ring for me as a push present. The ring came and we had to have it resized. We resized to a size I currently have with respectable jewelers and when it came back it was a good one size smaller.
When asking to exchange again for a larger size they told me I missed the exchange window (even though they had the ring for 1-2 weeks of the exchange window) and then when I explained this they told me they only have a one time resize policy (that is not listed on site) and I could pay an additional $60 to resize the ring that is currently selling for $130 on their website.
Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone even though their designs are pretty, they do not care about customer satisfaction, they only care about pocketing more money.
