Contact was excellent , I had direct instant messaging on my phone and emails, any questions were answered and explained clearly with alot of care and grace .
I ordered a round bead crystal sun catcher for my husband's son's ashes.
It took upto 3 weeks and delivered by special delivery .
We are very happy with the sun catcher , its really beautiful !

Beautiful high quality pendants. I ordered 2 necklaces of both my Mum & Sister a day after the Xmas deadline & they pulled out all the stops to get them to me early. I recently purchased a chain from D for Dogs with my dogs ashes in it. These guys were great from start to finish. They answered any questions I had and sent me my beautiful Daisy back in the beautiful flower pendant which I purchased. Can't reccomend them enough.

I am delighted with our eternity beads, they are beautiful quality. And arrived in a lovely box with a silver chain. Due to an affordable cost I was able to order four beads for close members of our family, so we can all have dad close to our hearts. I’m so grateful for your tenderness, in our time of grief, your empathy is priceless. Alf my father passed in June 2020 from cancer. Then I read that a percentage of the money is donated to the Alfie cancer trust, and the synchronicity touched my heart deeply. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, when I gave them out they were received with such joyful tears 💓

My daughter bought me am Eternity Bead necklace as a birthday gift and it is beautiful I have nothing but praise for the kindness and understanding shown by Cheryl we were kept updated through the whole process and I would recommend Eternity Beads without a minutes hesitation.

I came across this website by chance. It was time to do something with my mum's ashes. But what? Mum was in a drawer, quiet for some time even though I opened the drawer every day and spoke to her, then one morning she told me it was dark in there andit was time. 
This beautiful lady Cheryl made me 3 beads encasing my mum's ashes.
She will take great care of your loved ones ashes as though they are hers. We were informed when my mum arrived and when she was on her way home.
I can not thank Cheryl enough for what she has done for me. I have and will continue to recommend them.
