If I could give Ethika a zero I would

If I could give Ethika a zero I would. My son loves Ethika underwear and the company needs to reevaluate how they run there company. They run these sales and don’t even have the products. I placed an order and it took almost two months to come and when it finally came, it wasn’t my order at all. You can’t call them you have to email them. It took a few weeks to get my refund back because they said the order was final sale so I couldn’t get the order. They wanted to give the refund back without a shipping fee I paid and I said no, they gave me back my money.

Terrible customer service and product has gone down hill.

I have been purchasing ethikas for other 7 yrs. The have gone drastically down hill in the past 3-4 yrs. They always had decent costumer support when we would tell them they sent us multiple pairs of the same kind when ordered different ones or when things had been missing. We also had reached out letting them know the elastic to them men’s underwear are stretching out majorly after just about 2 washes . They now have been not honoring anything. I ordered Black Friday and had only received half my order. They told me it was marked as “recieved” i explained I’m not sure how i can send a picture of not received product. 10 pairs of mens underwear had been order and never received. The packing slip had the mens on it but no product. I have been going back and forth for weeks with NO resolution from them except we need a picture of the product.

I will no longer be ordering.

Declining quality and Service. Ethika is washed

Took over a month to ship part of my order, canceled the rest. The package I did receive was delivered opened and damaged. Had to wait weeks for a response. I've been a customer for over a decade and have also noticed a steep decline in quality this last year. To sum it up, subpar product with the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Terrible business practices and customer service

Debated giving 2 stars because the clothes are actually good but after seeing through a conversation with customer service that they could care less about their customers I decided 1 was fair. Bought clothes from this company during a sale. Was told it would take 2 weeks or so to get the clothes. Took well over a month to get part of my order. Their excuse was the sale caused them to be backed up and take longer than usual to get orders ready and ship. Waited another week or 2 before I received an email saying they were just gonna cancel the rest of my order and give me a refund. Half of the items I received in the first half of my order was a set that was supposed to go with items in the second half of my order so that practically made those useless. They said their warehouse oversold items. I expressed I’d wait for the items and would prefer them as opposed to just cancelling my order. After waiting several days to hear from them they said they couldn’t honor the price from the sale and I’d have to pay full price. Then I asked if I could just switch them out for similar items instead of being cancelled and they said no they can’t do that again and once again blamed it on their warehouse. If they have a warehouse working with them that is part of the companies processes. I don’t feel customers should be punished because a company can’t keep track of their inventory and oversells items. If it’s bought during a sale the customer should get the item or something similar if that can be agreed upon. Customer service was terrible, shipping times were untrue and not living up to an agreed upon transaction is not a practice that should keep a company in business.

cancelled, no refund

they cancelled part of my order and didnt issue a refund. its been over a week since those items disappeared from my order history and no refund yet. contacted support and will update with result, however its really shady. if i hadnt remembered the purchase i made in march didnt arrive i would be out money. automatic refunds should be standard. very shady. ***update 5/12*** message from support: "I have already informed our team to check the email issue for you. At the moment, I'm unable to resend it manually since it was a system-generated email. However, our tech team will look into this and resend it to you as soon as possible." theyre referring to the email to get the refund.... not sure why it isnt automatic.

I don’t suggest this company

Ordered when they had a sell in March. I waited more than a month and in May I was told the order was cancelled. They sent a 25% off coupon. It is nowhere near the original discount. They could have offered something better than that. There was absolutely no customer service

Dishonest

Dishonest. I purchased 9 items during their $4 sale. I recv’d 3/9 I wouldn’t have ordered anything if I knew none of the sets that I ordered would be complete sets. For everything that was out of stock it was marked unavailable it wasn’t even an option to add to cart. All of the items I chose had my size available so I purchased. They never once reached out in any way to advise people that the items they chose and purchased were unavailable until after they had been packed and shipped. I would’ve rather got nothing at all and my money back then to get partial sets. These random patterns don’t go with anything else. Also the customer service sucks and seems that they only have Michelle to answer emails and phone. And the cherry on top is the delivery timeframe. Order in late march recv’d today.

The customer service department sucks

The customer service department is lacking support for customers or helpful solutions. After ordering products in March and emailing them in May asking them what the delay was it was requested i provide the packing slip from what they sent me although the order status showed 9 items pending. I didn’t receive a response just a cancelation of my items. Ethika even cancelled a mystery staple L.

This is the second order where it takes…

This is the second order where it takes over a month to ship. Both orders are sent in multiple shipments and lots of items from my orders are out of stock by the time my complete order is ready to ship. When I brought up this issue, I was gaslighted both times from "support" that they were getting my order ready and did not know what items had even been shipped, even the website and emails were sent from Ethika stating what was already shipped. I will not be doing business with Ethika any more, not that it matters to them.

I ORDERED 10 set which is 20 item's they only sent 19 of the 20 item's it's been over an month now and still haven't seen or heard from them still I have tried to reach out to them and no response yet. Still waiting on my item to be delivered to me.

Really love my order

Really love my order! I ordered leggings and underwear, great fit and good stretch. The shipping took quite a while, but it was after a huge sale, so it was not problem. Will order again.

Placed my order OVER a month ago

Placed my order OVER a month ago. Still haven’t received it. Was sent an insulting 20% off coupon about two weeks ago. Which why would I order anything ever again, when they can’t ship my items out timely the first go around. Got an email on the 19th saying all items would be shipped by the 22nd, that was a lie. Icing on the cake is it has now been sitting at “uniuni” warehouse for 4 days. They’re in California. I’m in Vegas. It takes two days. Max. I’ll never ever order from this company again.

ETHIKA THE WORST

They're the worst. I purchased 2 huge orders 3/28/2026 and still haven't received either. It's 4/29. They are rude and unprofessional and unknowledgeable about their own company. Highly recommend you don't ever purchase from them. I paid $321 for 2 purchases and received NOTHING! LOST CUSTOMERS AND RESPECT FROM MY CUSTOMERS Because I couldn't deliver their orders

Wish they did better with online orders.

My son loves the products unfortunately anytime you order there’s always an issue. Waited a month since the initial order just to have the shipment broken in several deliveries and receiving an email saying order modified. I ordered 17 items and so far seven were refunded. Why allow you to make the order just to say you can’t have several items in your order. This is not the first time happening either.

If I could do no stars I would

If I could give no stars, I would. The customer service was extremely disappointing. I consider myself a patient and understanding person, especially during high-volume sale periods, so I waited without complaint when my order was delayed in transit.

However, instead of properly resolving the issue, the company chose to issue a full refund. I was told, “We’ve gone ahead and processed a refund for the affected item(s). You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly,” but I still haven’t received any confirmation.

This completely missed the point. I made the purchase specifically to take advantage of a sale on items I needed. A refund doesn’t resolve that—it just leaves me without the items and without the discount I planned for.

Throughout the process, I felt unsupported and overlooked as a customer. This experience was frustrating from start to finish, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you expect reliable service or meaningful issue resolution.

Downhill

Two orders one came and was missing three items and support was useless and don’t want to refund for the missing items. They ask for pictures of all the items received, not sure what the purpose is for that. The second order was "packing" for a month then just canceled out of no where

UNETHIKA: Time for a class action lawsuit?

I received an email from Ethika in late March that there was a sale where everything was $4. I purchased 42 items on March 27. I received one shipment on April 9 with 3 items. I received another package on April 21 with 10 items and a packing slip that said 17 items were in the box. Their site says only 2 items are left to ship. I used their online chat and no one replied. I used their text number and no one replied. I contacted them by email and no one replied. Has anyone thought about a class action lawsuit? It seems this is their business model, not a fluke.

Edit (04/30/26): Contrary to Ethika's reply to my review below, they are not waiting on me. I replied to their outsourced customer service's attempt to manage the fact that they overextended themselves with a "too good to be true" sale and are unable to fulfill my order. They offered a refund instead of fulfilling my order, not the outcome I wanted. UNETHIKA would be a better name for them at this point. Good product, horrible and operationally unsustainable business model. This is the last time I buy from them. This business will implode soon like all businesses that consistently disrespect their customers.
