STAY AWAY from tickets.com. I thought they were legit as I found the tickets through Ticketmaster, Inlaid three times what the venue was charging…for no reason. I should have done my research. Name on you Ticketmaster

They are snakes!

Do not use they will charge you as many times as they’d like and will NEVER REFUND ANYTHING

Literally charged me 2 times for one ticket and I said I didn’t want a 2nd ticket I just wanted 1 literally seconds after I was charged and they told me to sell it.

E TICKETS CHARGES DOUBLE THE PRICE. LOOK CAREFULLY. THEY PRAY ON YOU NOT PAYING ATTENTION, AS THEY ARE ALWAYS A FINAL PURCHASE.
DO NOT CONFUSE WITH ETICS. A 50$ TICKET COST ME 111$. UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT.

Absolute scam artists, purchased two tickets with a face value of $47.42 and they charged my card $226.00 - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES! I have tried to get a refund and finally had to contact my bank. Do not sit still for this - I have also reported them to the Attorney General's office in MA. STAY AWAY

The price I was charged was almost three times what the tickets should have cost. Absolutely not a good idea to buy here

Scam website. Do not purchase tickets from this website. Purchase directly from the vendor. This is a scam website

This is the most stressful, and unreliable website i have ever dealt with. The customer support has a problem making promises that they dont keep.

Absolute scam. Purchased tickets and never sent. I had to reach out and ask why on the day of the event and they just said the tickets are no longer available. Despite the tickets no longer being available, they did not refund my money. COMPLETE SCAM!

I paid $541.20 for ballet tickets over a month ago for a Christmas present to my husband. This morning, 12 hours before the event, I was informed that they couldn't sell me the tickets but they would substitute my orchestra seat tickets for upper balcony! OMG - not even CLOSE to what I paid for.

Needless to say, I asked for a complete refund. I will never use this service again.

etickets.ca is really easy to use - buying tickets is fast and reliable. 0 Service fees when i bought.

I purchased 7 tickets for a Horse race and I was charged over $200 dollars. When I went to the actual website for the event the tickets were $9 dollars a piece. We totally got ripped off!

I was buying tickets for a local community theater show. The show tickets are $25 usually. I thought when I started that the theater had changed their usual ticket process. By the time I got to check page, amid many pop up screens stuff, there they were $65 per ticket, with a $19.99 service fee per ticket and and $9.99 delivery fee per ticket for a total of &170. Again things kept popping open and i was clicking away trying to get out when I get a Thank you for purchase message. I imagine I must have clicked on something I did not mean to click on, but there it was. I immediately contact Customer Service and asked to cancel and refund my money. They replied that it was a BUMMER I couldn't use my tickets, but too bad all sales were final. But I could sell them on by clicking the button. The $65 tickets would be offered for $55 and there were more service fees to be attached. Now who is going to buy these tickets for what I had to pay? I imagine I am stuck with this because of there "Terms etc", but I will tell everyone I know about this and make a complaint to my credit card company. Stay away from these people.

Its just people being online scalpers. Instead of scalping in person they scalp online so they can make more money. Now, don't get me wrong, I am not condoning what they are doing but it's not illegal.

It's like seeing people outside the venue selling last minute or hard to get tickets for a WAY to high $$$ figure and people will pay it.

etickets is a scam. They charged me $200 for $40 tickets. I wouldn't even know about it if the tickets were not at the venue and I had to purchase them there. And you need two forms of proof that the tickets weren't there. DON'T USE IT! ITS A SCAM!

Absolute scam, I bought 4 tickets to a two day concert in Tahoe, they screwed up my access and seat locations and then had the nerve to charge $600 dollars in “service fees”. Hidden fees are huge, screw you ticket master for using etickets.com….when you call customer service they state they have a zero tolerance policy for aggressive behavior…it’s because they screw people over for a living and they know people calling are gonna be furious.

We purchased three tickets for $43 +11.18 to an event at the end of the month. The venue is general admission and has numbered tables. The info said the seats were at GA01. After putting in the credit card information, we immediately received the tickets. However, the tickets said Standing Room Only. These tickets were sold fraudulently. We could have bought Standing Room Only tickets at the venue for $15.00! I called Etickets and was told that there are no refunds for any reason. I told him they were advertised fraudulently, but all I was told was you can resell them on the site. Who would buy these?? I wouldn’t advertise them without being honest. I wouldn’t want someone else to go through this. This company should be shut down.

False advertisement!!!!! I would never use this site again !!!! No one else should . I bout 4 tickets to something that was named differently at the time of purchase, get the tickets a couple days later and it is someone completely different! Not even close to the same genre they were presenting ! Jump to 100 hoops to not even get close to the amount of money I spent on the tickets ! Complete scam of a web site and will never use them again !!!

I as well don’t want to give them any star. Ridiculous you have to wait until 2 days before the event to get your tickets. Simply email me the QR Code. But it gets worse. Total confusion as to how to download your tickets. In one place they say you need to print the tickets but you can’t because they are on a mobile device. Next they say you only can gain entry if the tickets are on a mobile device. Just getting these instructions was extremely painful. On top of this they are a third party seller who takes a huge cut increasing the cost of your tickets. I would never never never use them again

etickets.com was great for me! I wanted make sure I got Def leppard tickets and etickets.com had tickets for sale before the public pre sale. They were a little bit more expensive but not crazy overpriced so I bought them. After I bought them I realized the estimated delivery date was the day before the concert. I was upset by that so I emailed them and got a quick response and it was after normal business hours so excellent service! She explainied why. I Sent another email saying I just want to make sure because We were booking rooms and making travel plans. Within minutes I got an email from Ticket Master, Canadas official ticket site with my tickets. I had an awesome experience with etickets.com and don't know were all these bad reviews are coming from.

I don’t even want to give them them a star! I will never buy from them again. It cost me twice as much buying from eTicket
Then buying from the venue. First time I ever used eTicket and what a rip off $20 processing fee for each ticket then $9 dollars for them to email me the ticket!

I had to pay $9.00 to print my tickets.
I received my tickets with someone’s else’s name with the same order# same number of tickets but I was charged a $40 service charge and while this other person was charged $6. I paid 4x more the my original amount. While somebody else was charged, they’re taking around which was less than mine and a six dollar service charge..
You tell me is that fair?
