I ordered two pairs of shoes size 11 UK on the mobile site, unbeknown to me, their mobile site is actually broken and actually orders in US size. After realising this and reading reviews here I was a bit worried.

But, I must say in my experience I have had excellent customer service from Etnies. They apologised about the error with the website, sent me a returns label as the shoes had already been despatched. And they’ve sent the correct size shoes out to me, which are now on the way. I couldn’t fault them at all.

I’ve only scored 4 stars because they are aware the website seems to have been broken for quite some time and unfortunately still isn’t fixed.

Placed 3 orders total and only received 1 because they keep cancelling the order for no reason. I even sent them a copy of my DL and business address to C.S. I don't know what happened to this company.

I've bought at least 10 pairs of shoes from this company. Other than very minor cosmetic imperfections on some pairs of shoes, all of the shoes I've ever gotten have been more comfortable and durable than stuff like Vans. Etnies have great soles, insoles, and noticeably higher quality suede and canvas than Vans. Overall, as a California buyer, I've never had any shipping issues, and all the shoes have been amazing but I will say their return dept. as of 2020 was mediocre and didn't respond to a return request for a pair of winterized scout running shoes with a poorly cut footbed (so far the largest issue we've had thus far-that's a small price for me to pay from a company with materials and construction as good as it is). Overall, they need improvement in their returns/customer support department, but their shoes are by far the best value out of any I've bought so far.

Etnies Portugal is a scam. I thought for some reason that was reasonable to assume that etnies had a store in Portugal. I search for this etnies portugal and arrive at this website. The website seemed normal to me so i checked some shoes and saw really good prices. Bought a pair and the money went to some scammers account. DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. The confirmation of the payment that i receive on my email was really suspicious but it took me some time to take the time to analyse it. The name of the entity of the payment had a strange name. The fraudulent email of confirmation was this auto9vmcustomer.co. I saw later that this is associaited with scams

etnies-ireland.com is a scam website. Just putting it up here so maybe others will see it and not make the same mistake I did.
Nothing to do with the brand (which I love) or the real website (which I suppose I've never used)

Long and expensive postage process now they only operate out of the Netherlands. Returns are awkward and long and you guessed it, expensive. They've also gone with UPS as a courier which manages to 'deliver' its own nightmareish experience. Plenty of other shoes on the market in the UK that you don't have to jump through all these hoops to get. Hopefully etnies set's up shop in the UK again, until then i won't be using their site.

Got scammed by this site. Not even Canadian, thought it was weird I got charged American and was supposedly shipped from America with an Asian name. Never got my shipment and when it said it was delivered it never was.

Got scammed by etniesaustralia.com thought I was buying shoes but they just took my money. Don't buy from them!!!!

I ordered some shoes on April 23rd. i only received a text message confirmation because the website said they were having tech difficulties and their email system wasn't working. I followed up 2 weeks later using their crap automated chat system and they said they had no record of my order. do not order from these people. their website now apologises for it's lack of email and delivery delays as a banner - but how long can it take to fix an email system? seriously! hoping my credit card will refund me. i will never buying from these guys again. worse online shopping experience ever.

As other reviews have said. Zero customer service. I too have been trying to return shoes through their lousy website, the only way to return is by contacting them for an RMA. Every email I send bounces back (as others have said) and there is no other means of contacting them. Absolutely disgraceful. Never again.

I love Etnies shoes, but have just been stitched up having to return non-fitting items to the Netherlands. Purchased the size I normally wear, but they were far too big. Unless you introduce a UK returns address, I will not buy direct again.

I spent quite a bit of time shopping in their April promotion, got a great deal and paid for it. The next day I got an email saying they had made a pricing error and would be cancelling my order. This is shocking customer service, they took the payment, the order should be binding.
As for the review title, it was years ago that I was at school but most kids had Airwalks or something good. The one boy that had some nasty cheap Etnies got bullied for it. Protect your children, don't buy them Etnies.

etniesaustralia.com is a scam website. It looks and works great, until you try and contact them. I made a payment for what I thought was a pair of Etnies shoes but got no confirmation email, so started looking into it. Instead of my payment coming out of my bank account from Etnies it came from an asian looking name with lots of random letters, and for a slightly different amount. Luckily for me when my bank looked into it they refunded my money. Avoid at all costs!!

The shoes I ordered fit flawlessly length-wise but are so obscenely wide in the heels that I can fit two fingers on either side and still slip my foot out. Heel inserts don’t help at all. I’ve tried five times to contact customer service so I can get an RMA form to return the shoes, but every single email fails to send. Even when using the online contact form it fails to send. I’ve tried different wifi connections, tried switching between my phone and laptop, and no dice; so it isn’t a connection issue on my end. Either make sure you get the exact right size (and have insanely wide heels) or don’t order at all, because no matter what you aren’t getting a response or your money back. I was excited to try this company out but now I won’t be touching them with a 50 foot pole. No, thanks!

Ordered 3 pairs. Got refunded for one due to supply issues. Been over a week and the other 2 pairs have yet to ship. When reaching out to ask about my order not shipping, they responded with "we have received your rma return reuest." There isn't a return request. Worthless company. Worthless support. Obnoxious experience. Never again. Buyer beware.

And then you wonder why we don’t trust the Chinese.

Most definitely a very clever fake site with its origin in China. I did however get a cheap $5 necklace in the post from China eventually, I'm guessing becuase watching the painfully slow shipping of it (was provided a tracking number a week or two after the order) on the tracking site would delay any action taken. Avoid 100%

Please be aware that etniesaustralia.com is a fake website set up by scammers. Lots of people are getting ripped off by this fake site.

Ordered and paid for shoes that never arrived. Didn’t get an order confirmation email or anything and the shoes were $95 but the only transaction I can see that day was for $105 to an unknown Chinese bank account. Have called my bank and been issued a refund. I love Etnies shoes but won’t buy from Etniesaustralia.com ever again. I can’t even get a reply from them via email or anything.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
