Confusing for newbies seeking the Cash ISA
For anyone who is primarily looking at eToro for the ISA's my advice is don't bother. It is a slightly convoluted arrangement with a third party (Moneyfarm) with funds totally segregated from eToro (so you fund directly to Moneyfarm not via an eToro account). This segregation has become even less clear as eToro have taken the decision to 'hide' the Wallet tab in the app which shows an aggregatiion of eToro USD, eToro GBP, and Moneyfarm GBP sub accounts. This vital tool for non US investors is now difficult to access. Bottom line - do not send money to your eToro account that is intended for the ISA, send directly to Moneyfarm.

You do not have the ability to trade in international markets, for instance Norwegian markets. Very limited platform.

Yes, I'm not like eToro i was forced to make a deposit, which I decided to make a 100-dollar deposit, and i plan to use the ETF option, which i can not, as there no option to withdraw back to a my card , so my money is basically stuck on eToro app.

Invested in a isa April 2026 , with a boosted rate 4.8 , now it’s only 4.38

I am a beginner in the trading field
I am a beginner in the trading field, and my experience with the eToro platform has been quite disappointing. I have two charts from different companies, and they show completely different data at the same time. The platform is very slow and does not reflect real prices accurately. For instance, last night on another platform, the price of oil was $102, while on eToro, the oil chart showed a much lower price.
Regardless, I was able to take advantage of the situation and I am happy about that. However, I don't think this is a good experience for others. In a way, I feel like it might be a scam.

Stop-loss orders are suddenly triggered even though the price never came close to reaching the stop-loss level.
And no, there was no margin call, insufficient funds in the account, or any other excuse.
The fact is, eToro sets its own prices and can therefore trigger stop-loss orders whenever it wants.
Go to a real stock exchange; CFD platforms are cheating.

Non existent customer service
Currently with Moneyfarm and was looking into transferring my ISA over to eToro so emailed in a query as wanted some information before doing so.
They closed the query and refused to help because they'll only help if it's from the email registered to my account. If they'd paid attention to my query they'd know I don't have an account yet. If I have a query regarding opening an account and they won't answer because I don't have one, I most certainly won't be giving them any money.
Resubmitted this review as response from Etoro told me to submit a support ticket as a visitor, that’s what I did initially and it got closed.

What a pain in the butt trying to open an eToro cash isa, I mean really, if you live in the UK just don't bother, you'll never work it out!!! Surprised nobodies commented on the complicated nonsense they request. Just not worth the stress of answering questions that have totally no connection with the application. I went elsewhere.

Forced to make a deposit in order to verify the account but it won't let me put those funds in an isa and to withdraw the funds it wants to charge a fee.
Customer service no reply after contacting them twice.
They're basically the anti-Nutmeg so far.
Edit: contacted by Christian from Etoro who kindly explained that Moneyfarm are the ones not getting back to me. However the whole association between the 2 is still somewhat misleading and no solution was offered to my funds stuck in etoro with the 5 dollar ransom (a small ransom to be sure except when viewed as a proportion of the funds held)
