Poor returns policy.
Lovely products, but shocking returns policy. Whilst trying on the product I removed the tag as it scratched me. Item was slightly too small so I returned it in original packaging and included the tag. The item has apparently failed the returns criteria. The returns department have said they are unable to reattach the tag (Hmmmm).
Was starting to like this brand, but will now never buy from them again.

White basic sneakers for all outfits.

Shady return policy (Beware before you buy)
I purchased my first pair of shoes from this company with excitement after seeing their ads on social media. Little I know it ended up being my most unpleasant experience with an online purchase. Read the whole story before you buy, it might save you money and frustration.
After returning the item (they were too small), I received an email from their customer service stating that shoes were dirty, and I wasn't eligible for a refund.
I tried them on in my office, where I am alone and did this for literally less than a minute. It was clear that it was too small, so I returned them.
Unfortunately, photos are not allowed here but everyone who saw it agreed there were no signs of outdoor usage. This is fully aligned with their return policy.
Additionally, that size was not available initially, and I'm pretty sure it became available after a return. But I didn't check the sole when I opened the package, so I can't say if the shoes were already dirty. My bad.
But wait, because the best is yet to come. Here is what they proposed to me instead:
"We can offer to send the item back to you. This offer will remain valid for one week. Please let us know within seven days if you would like us to return it. If we don’t hear back, the item will remain in our warehouse and no further action will be taken."
I'm on holiday while this is happening, and I have no obligations to open my email reply within one week. If I didn't, they would keep both shoes and money.
Besides this being pretty arrogant in my opinion, it doesn't sit well with consumer rights under EU regulations.
As I'm writing this review, I am in the process of filing a chargeback with my payment provider if ETQ is not willing to reconsider its position. I'm not even asking for a full refund: If there is a clear diminished value of the good, I am still entitled to a partial refund.
This is my experience with this company. Maybe I've been unlucky, but there is not one good thing I can say about them.
Their shoes are nice, nothing to say, but personally I don't like supporting companies that don't care about their customers. And that was unfortunately the case with me.

Bad custoker service
Shoes had quality issues but customer service insisted that they are made like that. Had to return the shoes from
Germany back to netherlands for 6,90€.
For their quality issues i had to pay the return is not acceptable.

I picked up a sweatshirt from ETQ recently, and honestly, it’s one of those pieces that just gets it right without trying too hard.
First thing I noticed was the feel — soft, but with enough weight to feel premium. Not flimsy, not heavy… just that perfect in-between that makes you want to wear it all day. The fit is spot on too. Clean, relaxed, but still sharp. It’s the kind of sweatshirt you throw on without thinking and somehow still look put together.
What I really appreciate is the simplicity. No loud branding, no unnecessary details — just good design, done properly. You can tell there’s intention behind every part of it, even the things most people wouldn’t notice.
After wearing it a few times, it’s already become a go-to. That says a lot. It’s comfortable, versatile, and feels like it’ll last.
If anything, my only “complaint” is that now I want more of them in different colours.
ETQ really nailed it with this one — it’s the kind of piece you don’t overthink, you just keep reaching for.

Light and comfortable but not too sporty
Perfect for friday office outfit or as an airport fit.
The tee shirts are thick (in the good sense) however I find the gilet and sweatpants missing a little thickness, I wouldn’t particularly find them warm enough for the cold (ironic coming from a dutch brand) but on the flip side it makes them look less sporty/more professional. A perfect balance to be honest, will be buying more.
