STOLE MY MONEY
They secretly added "order protection" to my order automatically that I did not realise until the order had gone through. I contacted support immediately and was told this is always added to orders and not possible to have refunded. So watch out, I have reported them to my credit card company and UK trading standards.

Impossible to return: Beware
We have paid for a return label and it does not even work. We attempted to contact ETQ assistance but had not received any correspondence from them.
I am now stuck with an item which is not needed.

Great quality sweaters pants and shoes. Pants are very neat and still very comfortable. Will buy again. The return process is a bit opaque though.

Very good quality products
Very good quality products, bought the LT 01 Court Lite, nice style, nice materials, and very nice fitting: it is rare on the market.
The only downside is that the laces unravel very badly, very annoying. Bought them in September 2024.
Convinced by the brand I will follow them for a long time I think !

The quality of the shoes I have bought, which in the meantime are about 12 pairs of low tops, is very -very high. They last for several years and than they still look nice. The most recent buy of a pant was again satisfying. Though a button was loose, I got it fixed and I love it: the fit, the fabric and the looks.

Item delivered later than expected so didnt get its use for when I needed it. A few days later the item dropped in price. I have emailed twice and tried their contact number several times without any success. Excellent quality products with a minimal aesthetic at reasonable prices. Purchased some white nappa leather sneakers which look and feel premium, as well as some smart bamboo socks for work that are great for any climate but work particularly well in the heat. Highly recommended!
