Hi, I do not speak Italian, so a few words in english...I have to admit, I was very pleased with my purchase. BK raised pan with cover came increadibly quickly to my adress. Package arrived in top condition, very pleased with quality of the product. Stainless steel pan is new material in our kitchen, since we got rid of all nonstick pans. We used carbon steel pans before and we love them. But for simering acid food you need something other than carbon steel. Wife alredy made some pomodori sauce with pasta, and it came out great. 28cm pan is very nice size, not too big, not too small. Many thanks to your company for quick response and delivery!
