Euro car parts Prices are a joke
Used euro car parts for the first time today since 2024, today's visit reminded me why i stopped using them, i cannot believe how expensive they are, ripping people off selling budget products at sky High premium prices.

I ordered some spare parts yesterday…
I ordered some spare parts yesterday evening; they said they’d be here tomorrow morning at 9.00 – 9.30 am. I waited until 11.00, but no one turned up. I rang them to ask where the spare parts were; the operator said they were with us and would be with you soon. Two hours later, I still hadn’t received them. I rang again and they said to wait 10 minutes, but in the end, by 2.00 pm, I still hadn’t received them. Belshill’s service is appalling; it’s not worth wasting your time, which nobody will pay you for.

Always a great stock of items, counter service could improve drastically!
Can't fault ECP, they've always got a great stock of items, service in their Peterborough Fengate branch is awful, not for customer service, but speed, when they have 10+ people queuing, and only one person serving, it makes the entire process beyond ridiculous. However, I will continue to use them as barring this one fault, they are great!

Items not delivered, no response from customer services
Ordered two items from them last month. Since then I've had no updates, the items haven't been delivered, and despite attempting to contact by both email and phone, have had no reply from Euro Car Parts. I'll give it another day or two, but if they continue not to reply I think my only option will be to do a chargeback through my credit card.

Scunthorpe branch
Scunthorpe branch. Poor young man at the front desk having to deal with a queue of 7 people, with staff in the back office drinking coffee and doing naff all. Appalling customer service. I would suggest that management get the cctv footage from Saturday 4th July 2026 between 1.30pm and 1.50pm and review working practices.
