We were in that home for all week and it was one of our favourite experience. The view was amazing. Hosts were kind and they tried to help us in every way they could. Rooms were clean and cosy. Using the pool with the view of mountains was something wonderfull. The only thing we didint expect was the road. We’re not used to winding roads and many curves. The first road was really steep, but there are also another one which is much better. The trip was very successful. The House is beautiful. I highly recxommended. It’s the perfect option to take a break from the world and enjoy the beauty of the amazing Tuscany!

We rented villa Palazzolo Alto with 2 families for one week. The communication with Euro Casa went perfect.Response was good and quick. Communication with the owner was difficult due to language. The Villa is nice with great swimming pool, view and location.
Areas like kitchen need some upgrade and maintenance. Just like the hard beds as well. All in all a good week in tuscany

We have not stayed at our villa yet, but I have had questions. When reaching out to Elise at Eurocasa,
she has been very prompt on getting back to me.

Reservation, communication has been fast and friendly and some not-so-usual request from customer was fulfilled - really appreciate service. Looking forward to get to Villa later this year.

The holiday of a lifetime, a wonderful house with a superb swimming pool, Eurocasa also were very helpful when we arrived and couldn’t get a taxi.
The owners of the house lived close by and went beyond and above expectations. They left us a little basket of goodies everyday from their fields, melons, tomatoes even fresh basil. They even did a very special meal for us with neighbours which was wonderful, you couldn’t ask for lovelier hosts. Beautiful area and a stunning holiday, would love to come back, can’t rate it highly enough. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday, oh plus incredible air con and really comfy beds!!!

Dear Lucrezia. The house was wonderful. We were very satisfied with the welcome at the arrival. Roberta explained everything very well. We were satisfied with the cleanliness. There was a problem with water in one of the rooms but Roberta‘s brother fixed it and it was also the unlucky weather conditions. Also the lights on the terrace and outside did not work the first night but I understood it was also due to the heavy rain. We were very satisfied with the handling of the booking. We will definitely want to come again to this house. Regarding the booked wine tour, it will be good if they are offering also a menu for the kids. They were for free but we did not understood that they have not been included for the food. We would have preferred to pay additional a smaller fee for the children and to include them for the ham and cheese plates, or offer some pasta for them. They were hungry.
For the final rating: I would definitely rate the house, the pool, the view, the area with a 10. We really enjoyed it. I wrote a 1600 word review for La Casina Del Bosco but cant cut and paste it and wont write again so a short summary. track leading to villa is more suitable for larger vehicles. Vlilla was poorly equipped and dangerous with wet power sockets, broken step leading to pool and broken pool step, filthy rusty BBQ, broken sunshade. there is no place inside to sit and relax. The dishwasher doesn't get hot so things don't wash, one sink leaks, the plug in the other doesn't work so effectively there is nowhere to wash up. Shower try feels spongy, the fiberglass gel coat has cracked and sooner or later someone will get a fiberglass splinter in their foot. the whole site is cluttered. This said the site is tranquil and gives great solitude. The agents are helpful but seem to lack regular inspections and reviews of their property portfolio.
