They only confirm they received my money, but later never reply to your mails or requests through their site. They even have no telephone number you could call. So they stole my 150 EUR and never send the goods. It has already been two months.

customer service does not work. Contacts are provided only via email or fax: I had to send about 100 emails to get news of the shipment and get the tracking number.
Items are shipped after 15 days from payment. They are shipped in the UK and delivered in 4 days by courier.

I got scam! I placed an order and payed it fully but my product never came and when i try to get in contact with them, they say they will come back to me with an answer and it just never happened... I now believe i will never see my stuff! Do not trust on this site!!!

Jag beställde och betalade några produkter som aldrig nådde hem. Först försökte jag ta kontakt med företaget men jag inte har fått svar på när eller om jag någonsin kommer att få mina saker. Dålig kundservice, inte pålitlig! Undvik den websidan!

Yo pagué y ordené mis productos, que jamás llegaron y aunque traté de contartar a la compañia y pedir informacion sobre el envio, jamás la recibí. Y creo que jamás lo haré. Muy mal!!! No confien en ellos, es una gran estafa!!!

I have been purchasing my drugs from Eurodrugstore for many years with no problems until now... I always received my shipments on time and my Visa card was always charged the right amount... All of a sudden their processing department can not get my Visa Debit Card to work. I tried three times and received a message that my card was denied even though my bank says that no transactions have been attempted... I have tried a few times to deal with their customer service. They e-mail you back with lack of knowledge like they are programed puppets with lack of good sentences and bad spelling. At this time I am locating a new place to do my business. As a former long time customer all I can say is good luck Eurodrugstore...

i ordered modifinil from this company. It took over 2 months, and a payment dispute lodgement by my bank before anything was sent. When the pills arrived, they were counterfeit, completely without effect.
AVOID THIS SCAM SITE!

I have used Eurodrugstore for a couple of years. I've never been cheated but their reliability and customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I would recommend looking at other, more reliable Internet alternatives.

Ordered medicine on 30.5.2011. was told 3 weeks later they still have no tracking number?! Asked for my money back after 4 weeks with no reply...total scammers....now credit card company involved.... YOU ARE WARNED....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered medicine from them and it never arrived. The site is quite convincing apart from the numerous spelling errors I noticed later. Neither of the two phone numbers on the site - one in Cyprus and one in the UK - work. Initial emails sent to their customer support went unanswered. When I did get a response it was with vague explanations, in extremely poor English, about the delivery company delaying. They promise delivery in 14 days within Europe but later sent me an email, with a fake tracking number, that said my order had been shipped 19 days after I originally placed it.
They are fake, avoid them and tell others!
