Delivery timekeeping was very good. The goods came the next day at the time…
The goods came the next day at the time quoted. The packaging, however, was shoddy. The box was too big for the goods and the inside packaging was inadequate, so the goods had been shaken about and escaped from their indlvidual boxes.

Euroffice have failed to deliver my printer cartridges for over four weeks now. They delivered the sweets (which I had only added to bring the order over the minimum amount for free delivery) separately within a week but still no printer cartridges despite me getting in touch repeatedly.
