Only thing that maybe war clearly stated in my order and I didn’t pay enough attention, is that we are receiving the order in multiple deliveries and this is not ideal in terms of environmental impact and we always try to pay attention to it.
Still missing one product but the one received are good.
Ordering was also easy.

I can only apologise for the way this was delivered... I can see that you have raised a query with our Service Team and attached images of how this was delivered to you. This is unacceptable, the courier should not have attempted to deliver the parcels in this state.
We will raise this with the courier as a matter of urgency and we'll also arrange for a replacement order to be sent out with extra packaging.

Price for DL envelopes was beating everyone else (including Amazon and eBay), even with the £1.99 delivery charge, but at checkout it changed to £5.95!
I sent a complaint about it, and very quickly received a reply that they couldn't return the charge back to £1.99, so they removed it.
When I went back to the basket, the charge was zero!
